DO NOT COME HERE - Gina ruined my under eye. What started out as a small white scar close to my…read moreunder eye lid, ended up being crayola colored on in thick white permanent tattoo all under my left eye. 2 days after Gina performed the scar camouflage I knew there was an issue. I immediately reached out to her and she acted nonchalant promising me via text it would fade as "hardly any color was used" - she had me come in a couple of times to micro needle it to help it fade faster and absolutely no change. 2-3 months after no change, she then recommended I go and have it removed via laser. Thank God I did my research and spoke to a few other providers, as I was told the WORST thing I could do to white ink was laser it. That it would turn dark and be 100% impossible to remove. I am now almost 9 months since Gina destroyed my eye and the ink did not move at all. I went on to spend $1500 on microneedling with PRP - didn't move the ink, and recently found a camouflage corrector with many man years of experience who said she has absolutely NO IDEA why anyone with any sense would put white ink in skin that is so thin in my under eye. She also told me the ink would NOT fade but over time would turn yellow. I am now attempting Saline removal as it is my last hope. I have to pay $400 per session and it's 4-6 sessions 12 weeks apart. This has ruined my life. I can't hide my under eye and can hardly leave the house because of what Gina has done. On top of not having any idea what she is doing, she has been BEYOND rude from the start. Absolutely no remorse, support, or help. In fact every time I have reached out she acts as if I'm bothering her. She clearly has no skill and uses patients as her lab rats. I felt I have to leave this review because I would not wish what Gina has done to me on anyone else. I trusted Gina and she made it seem that this was simple and easy and I would need multiple sessions as the ink would be light, all untrue. This has been the worst year of my life and it is far from over - I've had 2 sessions of saline, causing dryness/redness every 12 weeks and seen very little movement. I pray to God it works because if it doesn't the only option I have is to get it removed surgically. I don't know how Gina sleeps at night after doing this to someone who trusted her, I could never. *also, I've adjusted my name and location for privacy* *Pics don't do it justice with how bad it looks - it looks like I have eyelid retraction because the white is so thick* EDIT: I saw her mention of another scar she covered in the response - I don't recall mentioning anything about that in my review. WHO CARES if that looks good, when I have permanent WHITE ink UNDER MY EYER - get a grip on reality lady. Despicable that even now you can't admit your mistake.

I Got blisters at 3rd sessions. I have brand new scars now . I've had different kinds of lasers and…read morePRP treatments for my scars. And my scars were almost gone. I made horrible decision, I wanted to even out the skin tone. She said she could help with it. She recommended me to have 5-6 treatments with her. This happened at 3rd session. I wested all my money and all time (pain from laser/PRP treatments I've been through, all recovery experience). I devastated myself. I won't be able to wear the skirts again. I made this decision. So bad.

I started going to Dr Mikhail about 6-7 years ago based on the positive reviews from here. She's…read morevery friendly and was fine when it came to simple physicals. Last year I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and she put me on an ACE inhibitor. It helped lower my blood pressure, but I developed a cough not long after. I looked up the side effects and noticed that cough could be one of them. I brought this up to Dr Mikhail and she said that since it lowered my blood pressure, I should stay on it and prescribed me allergy medicine. The cough continued for months. When I would bring it up again she prescribed me more allergy medicine and told me it couldn't have been the ACE inhibitor since I said that I coughed more at night. The cough got worse earlier this year and I repeatedly told her the allergy medicine wasn't helping but she kept prescribing more of it and dismissed me. After months of little sleep from coughing all night, getting the side-eye from people hearing me hacking in public, having my throat raw with pain and a general decrease in quality of life, I got fed up and made an appointment with a pulmonologist. He diagnosed me with bronchitis, switched me from the ACE inhibitor to Amlodipine, and gave me an inhaler and nose spray. Within a week the cough was gone. It's annoying that Dr Mikhail misdiagnosed me, but what infuriated me the most was her gaslighting me and ignoring my complaints for MONTHS. I really wanted to like her but I'm never going to her office again.

Dr. Mikhail and her staff are some of the least professional and unethical medical staff we've…read moreever come in contact with. They're poorly organized (we scheduled vaccinations for our 4 year old who is terrified of shots...when we arrived to our appointment, they informed is that they ""ran out" of one of the vaccines, so we'd have to come back to get the final one ""whenever we get them".) Her office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They've lost documents we needed filled out on several occasions, mixed up appointments, loudly gossip with patients in the waiting room, and today even refused to fill out our daughter's medical history so we can register her for school. They claim we were "terminated as patients" for complaining about the missing vaccine..but that was never expressed to us at any point. While it's true, we immediately changed our primary care physician following the vaccination debacle, the kids haven't even seen the new doctor yet..so how is she supposed to know our medical history, or even have access to our records since doctor Mikhail's offIce never got around to sending our records to the new doctor? There are plenty of other reasons I do not recommend Doctor Mikhail, but those are more due to her personality and style of practice, so I won't bother mentioning them here. There are plenty of other highly rated doctors in area, so I suggest doing a little research before making an appointment here.
