I've been seeing Dr. Archna Chaudhary for a while now and honestly have had a really great experience. I've been to each of the multiple locations, and all of them are clean and easy to get in and out of. The newer office by the Long Beach Traffic Circle is especially nice. Wait times are very reasonable, I'm typically seen within 5-10 minutes... and to be fair, half the time that's because I'm walking in right at the last minute. As for Dr. Chaudhary, she's been great. She actually listens, takes her time, and explains things in a way that makes sense. She has a good balance of being gentle but also straightforward, which I personally like. I've never felt rushed, and she's open to talking through different options instead of just immediately prescribing something. I've also seen a few of the nurse practitioners and they've all been pleasant. If you're on the fence because of reviews, I'd just say go see for yourself and form your own opinion. I've recommended her to friends and family and would continue to do so.

Is this even a clinic for the sick or just…read more... This experience is for my Mother, she's a regular here. This transpire on a Tuesday morning, 12/10/19. She was feeling really sick and called me to take her to the Doctor. When I picked her up I was a little scared, she was coughing hard and possibly flu symptom, I told her instead let's go to the hospital, but she said 'no, take me to my clinic'. My mother is 76 years old and in these situations never to argue or debate, she knows her health. I got to the clinic, she told me to leave her here since she will be in good hands, I was still hesitant and wanted to wait it out but she said again 'Don't worry, they will take care of me'. Two hours later I called to see if everything is okay, she said 'I'm at home now resting in bed, they act like they didn't want to see me or help at all'. I'm like wtf, ask what happen and she recounted the whole story. She was the only one there, explain she feeling really sick. She didn't have an appointment so she understands to wait. The front desk never told her about appointments or anything she guess all that herself. After 5 people going in and out still no help or no words. She then went to the front desk and complain and told them please see me soon I'm feeling weak and can't wait much longer. Front desk still doesn't help at all, then she walk out and called a cab. I'm at work hearing all this and of course I tried reaching out to them to hear there side of the story. I called but no pick up and left a message, 4 days and still nothing :| My mother end up in the ER, the Doctor seen her within 40 mins after x rays and testing. The Doctor ask who is her primary care and advise to change doctors immediately. I understand the holiday is a busy time for everyone in business, I have a thousand order of customers, clients to deal with, meetings also. There is no excuse to not reply or call back that will only take 5 to 10 minutes of your life. If you need assistance why not hire help or get better receptionist or nurses. If you don't like helping out the sick in your community, maybe you should have a sign saying that.

I wanted to address it before my surgery. I tried to explain and she kept cutting me off asking me questions & then she'd ask questions regarding what I had just tried to explain because she wasn't listening when I was speaking. She was very rude and had the worst bedside manner ever. She sent me for an ultrasound that was all she wanted to offer me, even though I had one 2 years prior, and I went the next day(Wednesday) I came back to her office 1 week and 1 day later(Wednesday again), hardly being able to walk and could not sit on the table, I needed to lay down. I had no energy, extremely pale skin and extremely weak. She said" Your lips are pale and you have no color. Are you taking iron?" I replied"no" and she said " then you're not helping yourself!" She had never advised me to take iron at that one weeks prior appointment. Who is the doctor here? Needless to say I wound up in the emergency room that night with a hemoglobin level of 5, needed 5 bags of blood and was in for 3 days. I almost died! She never tried to offer any solutions to my issues & only acted annoyed when I suggested anything. Her price for a basic exam for cash paying patients was so reasonable my husband and I decided to give her a try and I'm so glad we did. Dr. Chaudhary stays on top of my tests, health concerns, medication and overall well being. She is so thorough at every appointment. She encourages you to ask questions because she wants you to understand your health. I also appreciate the office staff because they always do such a great job with getting your referrals done, contacting the pharmacy and just making sure all your paperwork gets processed. I always lose my lab worksheet, but they never make me feel bad about it. I had two visits before my new Insurance took effect. Once it did, I selected Dr. Chaudhary as my primary care physician. It's a great location, easy to get to off of the 405 freeway, the office is neat, clean and organized. If you need a primary care physician, I highly recommend Dr. Chaudhary.

The usual ladies that work the front desk are nice and super helpful though, and Dr. Salas is very attentive and polite. If you expect to be seen quickly, don't go here and scheduling an appt doesn't make a difference with wait time - I still waited a few hours to be seen with only about two real patients ahead of me. One guy had been waiting all morning and afternoon to be helped with his paperwork, and the manager wasn't very helpful with his situation either. I went close to my home, I knew the experience would be just what it was... places like these don't really pride themselves on customer service. Especially in the supervisor positions, they lack in professionalism themselves most of the time. Can't teach others if you don't have it to teach! Hopefully the younger staff will help change the course and outlook of this clinic, I am hopeful for this place - I know they could help a lot more people if they did.
