I had Angel's patio cover install a Aluma wood patio cover for my house, slowly the cover started leaking water close to the Walls shown on the pictures, I contacted them and they came back and told there was nothing wrong and work and that it is normal because of the stucco walls, as the leak got worse I went on the patio cover to see what is going on and found the source of the leak, Due to the poor and unprofessional work and the poor workmanship performed by Angel's patio covers, they had failed caulked the seams properly to seal and create a bond, but instead they had just left the call and just left it to harden without flattening it to seal the seams on top, and now the seams are just wide open as if there were no calking applied to them at all, it is terrible that they did not take a little time to make sure the job is done well and properly, overall I am very disappointed by their conduct and hope you avoid getting the same awful service and terrible quality work done for you. I see that they have some positive review and from what I discovered on my patio cover and they terrible quality I would most certainly watch out and please take those positive reviews with a grain of salt. read more

Angel's did my son's patio cover and did a great job. I contacted them and received an estimate quickly. I requested a quote and two females came over. This is in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic and neither one was wearing any face coverings. They were not very talkative, took measurements and a few pictures and said they would have to talk to someone at the office before sending us a quote. Buyer beware terrible customer service! I had them install a patio cover about five years ago. I respectfully reached out to them regarding a small piece of downspout to connect to drain. They told me it wouldn't be a problem they would give to me. After sending my address and setting up a time for them to stop bye they decided not to show twice!Okay fine at least call to reschedule and keep in mind this is after countless text messages I sent to them and never got a response since. Last but not least when the patio cover was installed there employee dented my post when installing anchors. We had angels do our patio cover last year when we first moved in to our second home. They did an outstanding job. Very quick and clean!

Angel and his team installed my patio cover nearly 4 years ago. It is nearly 50 feet long, extending from the rear of my residence roof, 12 feet, toward the swimming pool area. I have had many compliments on it; it's just gorgeous. Recently, I noticed that the rainwater was spilling-off the patio roof instead of going into the downspouts. I climbed-up to unclog what I assumed to be a clogged rain gutter but found that the gutters were "internal," so I had no idea how to fix this problem. I called Angel's Patio to explain and ask them if they could help me remedy the problem. Even though the warranty was only for 1 year (on installation, lifetime on materials!), Angel sent a team of professionals to help me. They were not obligated in any way. Not only did they find my problem--clogged "internal" gutters, but showed me how to clean them out with a garden hose. This is only the second Yelp review I have ever written but people need to know just how amazing their work is and how Angel and his team stand behind their work. Even though my warranty had expired years ago, they came-out, on their own time, to help me. I wish there was more that I could do to thank these incredible people than to just give them 5 stars. If you are contemplating adding a beautiful addition to your home and are looking for an honest business that does incredible work and stands behind their work, look no farther. In a day and age where we're all trying to make a smart decision with our home improvement budget, it is just so refreshing to do business with such honest and competent people.
