Right to the point - this place is excellent. My car was in for a front bumper replacement. The staff members I dealt with were knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. They made the entire process easy for me. The bumper was installed perfectly, excellent paint color matching and they even DETAILED the car when they were done, including tire shine, and even cleaned up the haze on my headlight lenses - that is AMAZING. I had an excellent experience at Angels Touch with some recent body work I needed done on my driver's side door. Christina was SO helpful in facilitating communication with my insurance company and arranging a rental car for me- they even came straight to the shop! When I came to pick up my car, it actually looked better than it did when I bought it. It was beautifully detailed inside and out, and the body work was excellent. (And trust me- when I brought the car in the inside was a mess with three kids still in car seats!!) I can't say enough about the quality of work and customer service. It's evident that they take pride in their work and went above and beyond to ensure they were thorough in the repairs and replacements they did. definitely not worth $300 detail. they didn't even clean the rims. and when I called and asked why. I was told they only wipe the outside of the rims. the rest of car looks par at best. I get the same exact detail done at Belise car wash for $85.00. I can't stand todays standards! Will definitely not be going back. does anyone know where I can go and get an actual detail done on my Jeep!? please! read more

Amazing service! This gem of a place helped with more than just the repair. I was dealing with an insurance adjuster who refused to look at my vehicle and wanted to "total" it for an undisclosed amount. I called Angel's Touch and they came to my house, picked up the car (no charge), and dealt with the bully insurance guy for me. Not only did Angel's Touch repair my vehicle, handle the insurance nightmare for me, and detail it to like new condition, but they made CERTAIN it was safe to drive home. The collision caused electrical, air bag, and seatbelt errors. Angel's Touch towed the vehicle to the dealership for the specialized electrical repairs. The dealer's repairs were not up to Angel's Touch standards, so they brought it back to the dealer and made sure the repairs were corrected. I didn't have to deal with the stressful phone calls or lift a finger. Amazing service! Everyone is so friendly at Angel's Touch. I promise you won't be disappointed! read more

Christina and the Angels Touch crew went above and beyond for me. My car was backed into about 10 days before I was due to drive it 500ish miles for an out of state move. They went to work quickly and got my car looking flawless inside and out, despite the work quoted at taking 2 weeks under normal circumstances. My car was in the shop less than 5 full business days, and I got it back well in advance of my moving deadline. Was very disappointed, especially with the glass cleaning. When I tried to contact the owner he dodged my phone calls. When I finally caught up with him at the office he was abrasive and not the least bit interested in providing a refund. He wanted to "fix" it, however, I didn't want his crew touching my car again.
