Safeco insurance adjuster estimated the damage at around $1100. Lenny contacted me and said what the adjuster wanted to do was not the proper repair. I agreed, I was in the auto business and had experience with this kind of repair. Lenny fought for my rights with the insurance company. They agreed to review claim. Long story short a $1100 claim became a $4500+ claim. Without Lenny's advice my auto would have had a substandard repair. The repair and the paint work was perfect.
