Finally just ordered the picture so they wouldn't be deleted and i didnt get any. Once again discount code didnt work. Paid full price, finally got a hold of the lady again once again said she would take care of it when she got home, or send me a personal check....NOTHING AGAIN. My dog was acting up that afternoon and wouldn't sit still for a minute - I am impressed that she captured so many good moments with him. He was more interested in chasing ducks than posing for a picture. For that matter, my husband was acting up too, but she was able to get so many wonderful pictures of us. When I saw the pictures I was amazed. They are so beautiful and artistic. I can't believe it is us! I loved how she took ones from different perspectives. The representative failed to disclose that making an appointment within a two-week window would trigger an automatic cancellation penalty, regardless of how soon the cancellation occurred after booking. As a result of these undisclosed fees and predatory tactics, I have incurred a total financial loss of $525 without receiving any services.
