The food presentation was good, except for the cheap dinnerware it arrived on. We were excited to eat. Unfortunately the food looked better than it tasted. The bbq glazed beef brisket was 2 large squares of what could only be described as dry pot roast cubes. The 2 crab cakes were delighrful to look at but were barely warm on the outside and cold in the center with a funny taste. The chicken breasts had a tangy salsa/chutney on the top but the chicken smelled off and tasted odd. The green beans were a deep emerald green but undercooked. The orange colored au gratin potatoes were rather gelatinous and lacking flavor. The dinner rolls were standard - cold and dry. The salad was standard with 2 dressings. It took 1 hour for them to serve 180 pre-plated dinners. Totfally unaccepable all the way around. I woukd never recommend this caterer.

The citrus salmon, airline chicken, and truffle glazed sirloin were all amazing... and affordable!! Amy was a great host and communicator all throughout the planning process. Covid restrictions unexpectedly forced us to delay, then ultimately cancel our wedding for quick overseas nuptials... and they offered to refund our deposit, no questions asked. Times like this show a company's character for better or worse and I can't believe how great and understanding they were! Definitely booking them for my next event!

First off, Amy, the catering manager, did everything she could to serve us in a short notice, even though they had other wedding that day. We met with her and got an in-person menu explanation, then taste testing with the chef, Matt. He was so knowledgeable about what meals travelled well and when my husband didn't like the topping on the chicken (since he doesn't like mushrooms, even though I LOVE mushrooms), the chef was willing to switch the sauce with the one we both loved. Highly recommend their sirloin and airline chicken! The week of the event, Amy and her assistant came out to my private resident venue (yes - my covid venue) and scoped out the best spot for the buffet line and serving stations. She dropped off the linens for us prior too and was willing to pick them up after the event was done. On the day of the wedding, Amy offered to get my husband and I our plates so we didn't have to stress about waiting in line! HOW AWESOME! Seriously they went above and beyond. Also, to top it off... they have the option of doing late night pizza delivery... which we did and it was amazing! 10/10 recommend them, and sooo glad I did my "Covid wedding" because it was better than my original plan thanks to them!

Or the pickle is on the side, but the sandwich bread soaks up all the pickle juice - gross! We had a large lunch meeting today, and we all received a link a few days in advance to the Apple Spice menu. You Everett your name and email, and get to actually pick what you want to eat! They had a really large variety of sandwiches, salads, wraps, and even soups. The meals also come with a bag of chips and a cookie, and you can pick your additional side. I picked fresh fruit, but they also had a pasta salad option and a few other similar offerings. I was also able to customize my wrap to not include ranch (which would have been automatically on it if just standard pre-made), and I was able to deselect pickle so it wasn't even in my box. Though one of my coworkers got one and I noticed the pickle was wrapped in it's own little Ziploc, so it probably wouldn't have gotten all over everything. Everything in the box is a pretty standard size. I was full off half a wrap, which is normal for lunch. I also ate half my chocolate chunk cookie, which was really good! Like a nice soft batch cookie. One of my coworkers is gluten free, and she even said how nice it was that so many GF options were available. She generally can't even eat catered lunches! Overall very impressed, and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing to cater a lunch!

The entrees we chose were Italian herb chicken breast and Italian meat lasagna served with roasted redskin potatoes and glazed carrots. Everything was just to die for! The chicken was the best I've ever had, and I was elated to bring home the leftovers (of which there weren't many).
