Purchased two large orders this summer (2022) and here's my experience: Good * Pleasant staff (2nd star is for them) Bad * Follow-through, responsiveness * Verbally told warranty 1 year, later told it was 8wks * Plants not healthy, some failed within two days. He was going to go out and check it out and get me a quote that was 2 weeks ago and still have heard nothing. To me this horrible customer service.
