They are actually spending real time and real effort mailing us bills that we told them we are not responsible for and will not be paying, which just go in the trash. The most hilarious part of this is that they're asking for money after their tech DESTROYED OUR BASEMENT by covering everything in WASTE. And yes this includes things like my wedding dress and other precious heirlooms. Why did this happen? Because everyone was in too much of a rush to properly cover things or be careful, and in the process of taking the container up the stairs to properly remove the waste, dropped it and dumped waste all over EVERYTHING. Not an apology, didn't clean things up thoroughly, just vanished. So we were charged extra AND had to clean up an entire basement covered in crap. STAY FAR AWAY.
