Having these meals delivered is a great perk for someone who may have lost the desire to cook or simply not enough time to curate the foods and then prepare them. I have many new food allergies and discovered the restricted diet is vegan while omitting, soy, gluten and dairy. I plan to contact B&S to request one weekly meal with fish since I enjoy fish. I plan on eating foods based off my food allergy results and not hinder myself under one type of food diet. These meals are worth it.

I placed an order Sunday morning but did not receive my order until Wednesday even though they were advertising on their Facebook page on Sunday "place an order by today to receive your delivery by Monday" I thought no big deal, I'll let it go. About an hour before my order arrives I received a phone call asking if I wanted to purchase another cooler, because "there was so much stuff it all didn't fit" I said no I did not want to pay another $10 for a cooler and I can put my own on my doorstep. Then the food got delivered. I received a phone call from the same woman telling me that there was an issue with the fact I didn't put ice in my cooler (even though I'm home), so the driver didn't know what to do. Instead he placed the bag of food on top of the cardboard box that is being called a cooler by this company. At this point I just laughed. So I brought the food inside and started unpacking everything only to find mistakes. I was missing a buffalo chicken wrap, I was given an extra chicken Parm, my pizza was smushed because it was packed on the bottom of the "cooler" and I had no sides for any of my family meals and I was given a few large meals instead of the medium sized I ordered. I accidentally called after hours so I left a voicemail informing them of the problem. I received a call today and was informed that the the mistakes would be fixed and delivered. No big deal I guess. Then I received my package to find my sides and a sad egg burrito mislabeled as my buffalo wrap. So I called the company back to explain again and was argued with the fact they were different and was credited $6 back. Emailed Monday that I didn't get my food, can I get a refund. Never heard back so Tuesday I called. I had to leave a message, someone called back and said my food is coming Sunday because I missed the Wednesday cut off. I told her when I ordered and she said there was some kind of glitch. She offered me a refund and gave me a discount for my next order. Still waiting for my refund!!! No one ever responds to emails and you always have to leave a message!! I would not waste my time trying this again!

The menu includes Cuban classics as well as a few American dishes. We had a sampling of many of the traditional Cuban foods including the Cuban Coffee. It was amazing! Everything was flavorful and there was plenty of food included. I can imagine that everything else on the menu is good as well. The prices are reasonable also. This is a hidden gem worth every penny!
