This is my own opinion and preference, but I do love a good menu that is a bit more expansive. I enjoy knowing the different flavors, different drinks, specialty menu items. While they did have some of those things at the register, I wish I had just a little more time to review. Coffee was good. Inside they were busy so we sat outside and of course, it's love bug season so we had to protect our drinks. That is no fault of Summer Moon whatsoever, just Florida! I'd come back if I was in the area to try a different flavor and see if I can snag an inside seat!

When you infuse nitrogen into coffee, it creates a very creamy and foamy head without milk! Other experts even said, nitrogen slow down oxidation and kept the coffee fresh longer! Today, I ordered hot cinnamon latte. Shots of their Espresso with Moon Milk and oat milk with cinnamon is my second favorite. A chocolate croissant and sips of cinnamon latte made my afternoon break complete! Ambiance is very cozy and relaxed. Both inside and outside tables are available. The wait times become extremely long. You can easily wait quite a while just for coffee, and if you order food, expect an additional 20-30 minutes. By the time the sandwich comes out, your coffee is already finished, which kind of defeats the experience of enjoying both together. There is also a young girl frequently working the register who seems overwhelmed and inattentive. Orders often have to be repeated multiple times, even when clearly stated, which slows things down even more. It gives the impression that the front counter could use better training or stronger management during peak hours. We truly enjoy the vibe and want to keep supporting the place, but today's $12 panini was unfortunately not worth the price. Between the long wait and the quality not matching the cost, it made the experience disappointing. We hope they can improve organization and staffing during busy season, because it really is a nice spot with potential.

The coffee bar has several different roasts and flavored coffees to try, or you can order the coffee bar as your drink and get a mug for unlimited self-serve refills. We ordered their signature iced coffee, and it was delicious. The food menu has plenty of ways to customize your meal. I had the crab salad sandwich with a side of cinnamon bread, and it was fantastic. I'm not a fan of celery, but it was finely chopped instead of having big chunks, so it was perfect. Overall, this was a wonderful experience with great food, delicious coffee, and genuinely friendly service. I'm really glad we found Sweet Bean, and it's definitely a place we'll be coming back to.
