Update 9/29: So someone from the company finally got back to me (via email) claiming that they only received my last voicemail and none of my emails (yeah right) and that they would give me a refund only after I pay to have the package sent back to them. I've already paid more in shipping than the headband is actually worth! I called (and left another unanswered voicemail) to explain that I would most certainly not be paying for return shipping and that someone needs to call me back to make arrangements for my refund, as well as another email. There were two walkers sitting on the front counter with price tags on them, so naturally I asked to purchase one. I was told they weren't for sale because they belonged to the owners and were for their kids. If they're not for sale, why are they displayed at the front of the store with price tags where customers would assume they're available? On top of that, the store was very cluttered and disorganized. It also seems like much of the clothing is now just SHEIN merchandise, which was disappointing.
