He requested pictures of her ID and insurance cards. She reached back out today 1/17/24 and he denied ever having spoken to her or I (her daughter), I texted him a screen shot of the messages as a reminder and let him know I look forward to a response. He read the message immediately and left me on "read". Again. I called back Elmhurst hospital provider and complained that this company, Richy specifically, is purposefully unresponsive. They placed me on hold and contacted him. While I was on hold, he texted back. It took the provider to reach out in order to receive half an answer. I highly recommend you DON'T waste your time with this company, your loved ones or yourself will not get the proper care or medical supply. Owners/managers/providers should be advised. I

When they changed owmership a few years ago we were worried the great customer service might change but they continued the committment to the community and to affordable and quality products. From the front staff to the pharmacists, they treat everyone with respect and take their time to help you find what you need or they'll order it for you. My wife and I both got our booster shots and flu vaccines there and they were great about the whole process.
