We were surprised that we weren't offered an option of tea or water. We both ordered the pho with a beef rib. The food came very quickly. The beef rib was quite tender but with lots of connective tissue (which we enjoy). The broth was pretty good, but definitely nowhere near as good as many other Vietnamese restaurants we've been to. The serving size of both noodles and protein were very generous, but it's quite an expensive dish so that wasn't surprising. The washroom was unisex and was clean and tidy. This restaurant is huge. It looks like it can accommodate 300 people for a wedding banquet and there were private rooms as well. Lovely decor. Impressed there is a waiting area with bench seating while you wait for a table during busy times. We were there Sunday morning and we lucked out. We sat in our seats for a bit, noticed the women with push carts. We waited a bit for our tea. and waited some more. I realized no one was coming, looked at the ticket on the table with the QR code and scanned it. Ahhhh! The menu appears and you can place the order. Oh, the push carts are for delivering your order.
