I waited in front of my building for 15 minutes but no taxi arrived. I went back inside and called Atlas and was told that a driver had come but there was no one waiting for a cab. I said sometimes drivers mix up the address with the street by a similar name near me. I was told a driver would arrive very soon so I went back outside to wait. About 5 minutes later, an Atlas taxi zipped by on the other side of my street. I was standing on the sidewalk and waving at him but he never looked to my side of the street. I went back inside my place and called a different Taxi company.

But after discussing this matter with one of the representatives, we were offered a fair deal. The representative responded quickly, which was so appreciated, as this trip was planned last minute. Finally, the driver was welcoming and punctual. The minivan itself could have been a little more spacious, but given the excellent service we got from this company, I think they still deserve the 5 stars.
