Steve answered my call on a Saturday morning and was over within a couple hours. He took the time to really investigate the problem and found a burned connection inside the AC disconnect that everyone else had missed. He let me know when he was heading to my house, when he arrived on the property, and when he left. I never had to wonder whether he was coming or if I had been ghosted by yet another contractor.
