I contacted them immediately to ask for a return label and a refund providing said photos of this "luxury dress" This was on 2/25/22, the customer service rep asked me if I was sure I wanted to return the dress that she could send me a replacement. I said no, return and refund was what I wanted. She then told me she was going to see what her manager would say, excuse me? I had to raise hell just to get a shipping label. It's now 3/11/22 and they've had my return for 5 days now and have hung up the phone on me when I called regarding my refund. Instead they sent me a gift card! STEER CLEAR of these horrific, petty, lying, and dishonorable people. I've now escalated this to the BBB and filed a chargeback with my credit card company. When you call them, you can hear the manager in the background telling the girl to say she's not there. You are pure filth and seeing the other reviews below, you are taking advantage and continue to scam other customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE.
