I said no, return and refund was what I wanted. She then told me she was going to see what her manager would say, excuse me? I had to raise hell just to get a shipping label. It's now 3/11/22 and they've had my return for 5 days now and have hung up the phone on me when I called regarding my refund. Instead they sent me a gift card! STEER CLEAR of these horrific, petty, lying, and dishonorable people. I've now escalated this to the BBB and filed a chargeback with my credit card company. When you call them, you can hear the manager in the background telling the girl to say she's not there.
