She gets a good day of exercise and care when she stays at Paws. It's our go to choice for when we need daycare or boarding.

When we walked out we stood in the parking lot debating if we wanted to leave him bc the drop off experience was so unfriendly. Obviously we had no choice at that point since we had already made travel plans however we did have friends on standby the entire week bc we just had a bad feeling, but we gave them the benefit of the doubt since we had heard great things from friends. On our way home from our trip we called and said my dad would be picking up our dog early; they wrote down the change of plans and said nothing about the dogs health. An hour later we get a call from the owner saying our pup is lethargic and not acting like himself and they were taking him to the vet. Once at the vet they tested for parvo, negative. ended up with a pretty bad virus. $700 vet bill later and we took home a very sick dog with wounds under his hind leg and peeing/pooping blood. The owner called us and tried to tell us the vet said he had parvo before we brought him to them, that was a lie and the vet never said that. When we tried to talk to her about our experience we were met with "well our front desk guy is just an introvert" and "we did what we could" there is no way there weren't any signs of him feeling bad or showing some separation anxiety until an hour before he was to be picked up. And to top it all off when I went to settle the bill, they brought all his things out in a trash bag. We brought him a bag that all his things would fit in and instead of taking some time to put it all back they just shoved it in a lawn and leaf bag, I know that may seem petty but it just shows a lack of empathy for a dog they just had to rush to a vet in an emergency situation. Nothing was mentioned when I came in to pay. We will not be back and we will be sure to tell our friends and family to make a better choice for their pets as well.

Cannot express how horrible of an experience both personally and professionally I have received…read morewith this company. I am an owner of 4 large breed dogs, the oldest of which (12) is deaf, high anxiety, and skittish and fearful around new people. Because of this it has always been told and known that there is one sitter he knows and is comfortable with. I always make a note as well to request this sitter. (He has no history of fear aggression, but I am very careful about the situations I put him into) Before going away this last time I double checked my booking and saw that the sitter was changed (without notifying me) to someone who not only has never met any of my dogs, but has never been into my house and does not know the routine. I understand plans change, but there is no reason why I should not have been notified. Not only would this have been horrible for my dogs, but also sending a stranger into a situation with a highly fearful dog is just not safe or smart as a business owner. I messaged the owner Jodi about this and she promptly deleted my client profile and said I 'rage messaged her'. I attached screenshots of my messages through the app and her response text message to me. Every time I have spoken to or interacted with Jodi she has been either rude or unprofessional so unfortunately I cannot recommend this company.

There is no other Pet Sitting company we would use. Jodi and crew are absolutely the best and our 2…read moreGoldens love them. Don't bother looking any further..
