Dr Fisher is awesome. Has taken care of two of my dog's eyes and very satisfied with her care.

And then Dr. Paige a few days later when we had to put our sweet girl to sleep. There are not words to express how kind and professional all staff were during a very difficult week for a beloved family pet of 15 years. I will bring my other pets there now, even though it isn't the most convenient location for me, the staff and service they provide makes it well worth driving a bit farther.

Both were things I would have agreed to with notice, but springing them on me the day of, after I'd planned around the original estimate, is not how a well-run practice operates. The lack of communication continued through discharge. My dog came out of general anesthesia and the tech who released him didn't verbally review feeding instructions or what to monitor for overnight -- it was only in the packet. At my previous vet, the veterinarian personally called after a dental to let me know how it went; here, I didn't hear from the vet at all. The results of the heartworm and fecal tests weren't reviewed with me either, even though the whole purpose of the heartworm test was to clear my dog for his flea/tick prevention refill -- I had to ask about both the result and the medication myself. One more practical note: they're consistently booked out at least two weeks. If your pet has an urgent issue, don't expect to get in quickly. The care itself wasn't incompetent, but for the premium they charge, the communication and follow-through were well below what I'd expect. I won't be bringing my pets back.

He failed to catch my dogs illness even after I explicitly said i think this is what's wrong. They got me in as a new patient on short notice just for a bordatella shot for my dog (typically given nasally but my dog prefers needles I guess...) because I was leaving for a trip and new to the area. That's all he was due for and it was their first time seeing him. They waived $100 for the initial visit and he finally got his vaccine after I wasted hours the past two days at different vets who would refuse to honor his wishes with the needle as he is not fond of anything intranasally. On top of that, my dog was clearly as stressed as I was after 3 consecutive days of vet trips but Dr. John was amazing and spent his time to win him over. He did it calmly and patiently. His bedside manner is as good as or better than mine ( and I'm a radiologist) ;). Don't waste your time and go anywhere else. Listen to the doc :) Thank you guys!

DO NOT USE THIS VET We were loyal clients of Dr. Reinhart…read morefor over three years. Our two Belgian Malinois were seen every 5-6 weeks--more frequently than most. We were respectful, proactive, and always paid our bills--until a single miscommunication in April 2025 led to an unpaid check. I contacted the clinic immediately and Dr. Reinhart personally said it was not a problem. Days later, we tried to refill a prescription through a military-discount pharmacy. Her staff denied the request, citing the unpaid balance and a claim we hadn't "been seen"--both false. When I emailed the clinic, Dr. Reinhart called me not to help, but to chastise me for my "tone." She refused to discuss our prior agreement and was condescending and combative with both me and my husband. We calmly said we would find another vet. What happened next was deeply concerning: * Our dogs' records were suddenly labeled "DO NOT SERVICE" * And marked with "Muzzle - Use Caution - High Priority" These labels did not exist in over three years of previous records and were added only after our phone call. There is no documented aggression or incident that would justify them. The only muzzle notes in the file show that we muzzled them voluntarily out of caution. No vet should be allowed to weaponize medical records to punish clients for disagreements. This wasn't just unprofessional--it was unethical. We trusted her with our dogs. She responded by smearing their names.

I'm so excited to right this review because it's rare that my wife and I have met a team of people who truly care about what they do as much as this duo. What's more, they are simultaneously talented, knowledgeable, and reliable. It's been a pleasure to welcome them into our home as they are genuinely friendly, factual, and fantastic with dogs. When we had to say goodbye to our little Iris, they couldn't have been kinder, more sympathetic, or helpful. They took care of everything and allowed us to support each other instead of having to worry about logistics. Again, I can't say enough good things so give them a ring! You'd be truly lucky to work with this phenomenal team!!

Very responsive and fast when you call/email with any issues. When we first moved, we had two dogs who were very old. Both of them died last year. Myrtle Grove was SO caring and kind during those losses. Then we adopted our current dog, who is a Covid pup and has all kinds of trauma and anxiety issues and is just generally a LOT. Again, Myrtle Grove has been amazing helping us with her. We put a ton of time and care into our dogs and I feel like Myrtle Grove really supports us, and despite the fact that they have a lot of clients, I feel like they know who we are. They remember things about our dog, and they are just so kind. You can always expect them to call you at home after an issue checking up on you pet, sometimes even multiple times. The team is super knowledgeable, I trust them completely. They will always give lots of recommendations but I have never felt any pressure to spend more than we feel comfortable with. We have on occasion seen all the docs, but our main doc who we see consistently is Dr. Rebecca Cozart. She is the best vet we have ever had, by far. We are so thankful for her knowledge and her patience with our Emma. The tech who helps us at our visits is usually Abigail Baet, who is also amazing, kind, and patient. I feel really good about the care we get here, and I always recommend this office to our neighbors and friends. Price? They are probably not the cheapest vet you will find out there. But I have never once questioned the value.

They gave me no treatment options and basically tried to get me to put her down even though her mood and appetite was totally normal. They gave me steroids to keep her comfortable and told me to expect her to pass soon. The entire time the staff was giggling amongst each other very loudly in the back while I was sobbing my heart out alone in the exam room. Absolutely horrible bedside manner from these chicks. I brought her home and she did not get worse and when I called them back for more steroids they never responded to me. They only got back to me when the AMAZING staff at Paws & Claws called them for her charts, and they didn't even call me back, they sent me a text. Insanely unprofessional. My cat is doing great. She has had fluid drained at Paws and Claws three times, and now she is doing amazing. She has not filled back up with fluid and is doing great on CBD and mushroom supplements. Don't come here, I can't imagine how many animals they have put down because they are either incompetent, lazy, or a sick combination of both. My cat is my best friend and I would do anything for her, including putting her down if it was her time, but it's clearly not. Months later and she is still thriving. Stay away from this awful vet!! I have heard they do this often and have talked to others who had horrible experiences with these heartless monsters :) wish I could give zero stars!
