We( sis&I) decided to try this establishment out@ the last minute, because it was very Close to where we live at. I was very surprised to walk into the establishment and not be smacked in my face by the odor of pet funk. It WAS REALLY CLEAN. I was greeted by the a nice receptionist who checked my dogs in and asked me exactly how I wanted them groom. After I checked my dogs in I left... A few hours later I was getting a phone call that my pups were ready for pick-up. I always get a little nervous when I pick my dogs up from the groomer, because they are never exactly how I envisioned them to look!!! WELL!!! This time was different... This time!!Jesus him self must have been holding the Doggie Clippers...because both of the dogs were EXACTLY how I wanted them...A lady named Amanda was their groomer... she did a excellent job. read more

This place is absolutely wonderful. All of the groomers have the biggest hearts for their customers (both four legged and two legged.) My dog Zeke is a bit anxious but they take really good care of him. We love it here and wouldn't want to go anywhere else! read more

I foster for a rescue and was at my wit's end struggling to get my foster girl's nails clipped. She's extremely skittish around new people but she wouldn't let me near her paws with a clipper, so what to do? I'd even considered asking my vet to sedate her but one of my neighbors recommended Animal Images so I decided to give them a try. I'm very glad I did! The crew was very supportive and incredibly patient with her, trying to help her feel safe and secure without resorting to force. The groomer was so skilled and so quick that her nails were finished before she had time to freak out, no lasting trauma at all. Love this place! I took my 150lb St. Bernard to be groomed and the experience was great. They have a huge Irish Wolfhound that just hangs out in the front area and the husband and wife team is very nice and professional. I dropped my dog off and a few hours later they called to let me know he was done. He absolutely hates getting groomed, so I was a little worried about how he would react. Apparently he loved the bath, and only hated it when they went to dry him. He came out smelling wonderful, being softly shaved down, and had an adorable little blue bow stuck to his collar. I will be going back in a month or so to get him washed and shaved again! read more

I have been taking my Goldendoodle to Animal Images for almost 13 years. She goes 4 times a year. Today I took her and when I picked her up her face was shaved bald!!! I said something and all they could say is they did the same thing they always do. No way!! She has nevered been shaved bald!! I spoke to the owner and she kept saying she always gets that. I won't be back. At least admit when you mess up. I won't take my sweet girl back there. They even took a chunk out of her eyelashes. She looks pitiful. Also, she now has a sore on the side of her pad on her foot. Looks like the nail trimmers burned her. Think twice about going here. read more

This is the only way to review this business since they keep deleting any negative message on their Facebook page. My friend's dog was cut so short there that they even clipped her eyelashes!! And they cut so close on her paw that there is an open wound!! The owner was rude and wouldn't admit they screwed up!! Please don't take your animal there! read more

Took my dog there for the third time. Unusual she was there for over three hours so I called. They told me come on out and get her. Not sure what hAppened but she is all chopped up. Long hair left in multiple places. When I called to inform them about my experience the gentleman was very rude. I told him I would give my opinion in review and he told me "do what you have to". We have been taking our Yorkies here for years. Not only are the owners friendly and professional, they take the time to treat each dog as if it is their own. Groomers are gentle and thorough and my dogs always come out looking terrific. read more

I took my small maltese/lapso apso there for grooming and when we picked her up her eyes were completely blood shot. The groomer said, they thought it was an allergic reaction the the shampoo but not sure because they only use baby shampoo .He stated he put some hypo-allergenic drops in her eyes. I was not happy. I know she was nervous and scared this was her first grooming. I checked with her vet and I was told that she has broken blood vessel from excessive stress, restraint and crying while they groomed her that caused lack of oxygen to her eyes. I was so upset. I will never take her to this groomer again! I cannot believe that they have never had this experience before with any of the other small dogs they have groomed that they would not have known what had happen to my poor little girl. She is healing but it will be a slow process. I was told by my vet that if my pet was so upset they should have contacted me before they went any further with grooming so that I could have decided whether to proceed with the grooming. I feel so bad like allowed her to be abused. I will NEVER take her to this place again I feel as though they just wanted to make the money. So, the cost was $52 for the grooming and another almost $100 for the vets. read more
