Going with a new groomer can be iffy, especially if you're nervous about how you want your dog(s) to appear. Dropped my Collies off today at 1:45 and they were done a bit before 4:00. My Collie boy has massive amounts of hair, and my female does not. Jo did everything I asked her to, and I was very impressed with her work and her professionalism. She even cleaned out my boy's ears. Huh...maybe that's why he isn't paying attention. LOL I am definitely going back. I don't normally leave reviews, but I had to in this instance. Everyone was so kind, Tom was great, he asked questions about Sandy, like they actually cared about getting to know her and making sure she had a great experience. The haircut was exactly what I wanted and trust me, they had quite the canvas to fix after the job before them! They don't use cages, Sandy was in and out so quickly, and they updated me along the way which helped so much with my schedule as well! Arie took great care of her and made her beautiful! We switched to Snazzy Jazzy's, fearing that she'd struggle everywhere we went. Instead, she now loves her groomer. She greets them with a joyfully wagging tail, and it gives us a lot of comfort. In the past, groomers didn't listen to our preferences, but at SJ's, the groomer makes sure that message sent is message received. I especially appreciate their boards of fake fur shaved down to different lengths; it's really helped me communicate, especially during the change of seasons when I'd like it shorter or longer. The health of our pups is their first priority. My pup has gained weight, and my groomer has kept detailed records, which they've communicated to me. I spoke to my vet about it so we could make a plan of action. Unfortunately, when addressing a different health concern, we discovered a mass. The groomer's meticulous tracking helped us determine that my pet's mass is benign. I can't begin to explain the relief this gave us. I've had nothing but positive experiences at Snazzy Jazzy's, and I've recommended them to many friends. I hope you check them out; they've been such a blessing to our family!

Funny enough, I'm in the neighborhood, or on this street rather frequently but I've never noticed this place before. According to the ladies inside, CDC has been there for over a year. D'oh! Scheduling is hella easy, they open at 8a and they take walk in appointments. Pricing is fair, they offer full service grooming, and I believe an in between cut. The staff there are really nice. As far as the locale, small signage, fair parking, open space once inside. Super clean, grooming area in the back. The only shots required are thee rabies....I'm learning that other places require more, sheesh I learn new things everyday. There are crates there, I'm not sure where the dogs hang out until their owners pick them up. I'll ask the next time we go back. My Duchie came out happy and just so cute! She has regained her royal title. Heyyy now!
