They also lies about one cat's coat pattern - they said she was a dilute Tortie but she was actually just plain gray. They seem to push adoptions through quickly and aggressively. I do not recommend dealing with them.

One of which specifically name Jean Turner-Amick. I had no clue who this individual was or why they were persistently targeting me, it felt very discriminatory and racially motivated. That Saturday I visited PetSmart to fill out an application for a cat with the local rescue they're partners with, known as the Triad Independent Cat Rescue. I hardly spoke to the women, and didn't recognize them or gave it a second thought, my only reason for visiting was to do the application then continue about my daily activities. Later that day and they next day, I was bombarded with alarming notifications from Facebook, comments that included my full government name, address, information about my pet deposit, remarks about my private living situation. All these comments were being made by Jean Turner-Amick, they claimed that they worked for the cat rescue that PetSmart is partners with and pulled my application and posted the information from my application on Facebook for the entire world to see. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable, unprofessional, vile, degrading, an invasion of my privacy and demeaning. I feel completely violated and dehumanized all for just looking to adopt a cat. Why harass me of all people when I made no comments to or about you. When I contacted PetSmart about their business partners behavior, they claimed there was nothing that they could do because they don't work for PetSmart all they could do was try to contact the individual in charge of hiring volunteers for the rescue and have them call me. So that's what they did, and to my surprise, IT WAS HER, Jean Turner-Amick is the Vice President of Triad Independent Cat Rescue and is the one responsible for harassing me and leaking all of my personal information from my application on Facebook. This woman needs to be fired or their PetSmart needs to end the business partnership with them. Because if nothing is done, she is going to continue to harass other people and continue to feel justified in doing so because no one is attempting to put a end to her childish nonsense.

In a separate room off from the main room, is a small coffee shop where you can get a cup of Joe or a snacky snack. You are allowed to bring your coffee and your snack back into the main room with the kitties. The staff is very knowledgeable about the cats. They are very friendly and helpful. They know they know about each cat, and adoptions. It's just a great place to visit for cat lovers.

While the prices are a bit steep, and the food and drink quality itself on the cafe side is nothing special, the cause is a good one and won't leave you feeling regretful about your time and money spent here. I have the incredible luck in life of being both "a cat person" and "an allergic to cats person". A cat cafe gives me the out when I'm not visiting friends or family who have cats that I can interact with. And there was even an employee at this cafe who set me up with a Zyrtec out of pure kindness and no obligation at all when I showed up unprepared on a whim. Absolutely worth your time to come by and restore a little simple joy into your life.

The store is clean and well stocked. I loved that the cats in the adoption room had plenty of space, toys and food/water available. Check out was a breeze. The store was pretty large, in my opinion and FILLED with anything you could imagine that you'd need for your pet. They have hand sanitizer available right at the entrance for COVID, along with a statement on the door that they require masks upon entering as well. The left side of the store has plenty of dog food, toys, clothing, and gifts. The right side has everything for cats such as huts (average price of $80), natural toys, leashes, food, raw diet food, treat toppers, and clothing. I'm getting more in depth with the cat side since we only have a cat and were shopping on that side only. The woman, who I assume is the owner, was EXTREMELY nice with helping us find the perfect food for our Bengal. She took her time explaining everything to us in great detail, and never once rushed us. She really made us feel like a valued customer! The amount of information she knew about the different products of food they sell blew.. our.. minds. The information she was giving us ranged from where it came from, what the benefits were, what fit our cat the most, how the brand makes their food.... everything! She knew her stuff, that's for sure! She was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure we were completely satisfied, and never once tried to pressure us into buying anything. She was very open minded and positive with how she interacted with us! The prices are very reasonable. They are fully stocked with every item they sell. They do some small discounts if you buy in bulk. It's extremely organized with how they have the layouts of their products throughout the store. You'll definitely walk out of this store with something in your hand. It looked like they were even doing a photo shoot with Santa and your pet in a closed in room as well! I'm overall VERY impressed with our whole experience. We will definitely be coming back and supporting this business. The customer service we got is half of the experience, and knowing you're getting the exact thing that your pet needs is the best feeling. They really know everything about their products.
