Bea's previous owners left her on the streets with a rough, uneven shave job. When I brought her in, Taylor and Gary treated her with so much gentleness and care that I felt totally comfortable leaving her with them. When I picked her up, Bea looked so much better -- and more importantly, she was happy and relaxed, not stressed. Taylor even sat on the floor with us afterward, giving me tips and offering Bea treats while we chatted. You can tell Taylor and Gary aren't just running a business -- they genuinely love animals. I can't even walk in because there's a big metal screen preventing entry. The owner, who I made the appointment with was not even there. An employee had to call him. He then told me to just leave my kitten there and come back later. I obviously said absolutely not. Overall super sketchy business. Go across the street, there's a wonderful pet grooming shop there that's actually legit.
