Original call with owner went great. I made an appointment for my 6 month maine coon kitten for a sanitary trim. I show up and it looks like an abandoned dirty warehouse. I can't even walk in because there's a big metal screen preventing entry. The owner, who I made the appointment with was not even there. An employee had to call him. He then told me to just leave my kitten there and come back later. I obviously said absolutely not. Overall super sketchy business. I brought in a black cat that I had recently rescued from the street who had some really bad matting, so bad I assumed the only option would have been to shave it.
