Bea's previous owners left her on the streets with a rough, uneven shave job. When I brought her in, Taylor and Gary treated her with so much gentleness and care that I felt totally comfortable leaving her with them. When I picked her up, Bea looked so much better -- and more importantly, she was happy and relaxed, not stressed. Taylor even sat on the floor with us afterward, giving me tips and offering Bea treats while we chatted. You can tell Taylor and Gary aren't just running a business -- they genuinely love animals. Bulgogi gets his nails trimmed once or twice a month here. It's $12. ($15 if your dog is fussy I believe) They're quick and I don't need an appointment. Walk in and it's 5 mins or less. Everyone's been nice and remember him. One time he got a wash, anal expression, and I think something else for $50. Prices are good to me! Especially for the nail trimmings. read more

They did a very sloppy job. Paid $80 and left my dog with a lot of knots. I called the store, the front desk denied right away. And told me what a good job they did. Why would i call back to complain if they did such a good job? I also found bald spots on my dog's butt. I took him back to the shop and asked the front desk if i could talk to the groomer. The front desk told me my dog has "ringworm". I told her to have the groomer call me back. She said she would. They never called me back. I took my dog to the vet that same day. $500 and 11 days later, the fungal lab test came back negative. My dog does not have ringworm. She gave information that turned out to be false. She wasted my time and a lot of money. not happy with the service. I will not return. Bad service read more

I have been taking my dog to this groomer ever since they opened, but lately, the service has really gone downhill. They rarely answer the phone, making it extremely difficult to get in touch with them. When I finally do manage to get an appointment, it's always 3-4 weeks out. I usually bring my dog here for nail trimming but I wanted to try their grooming and was able to book a next day appointment with them for a bath! I'm very picky about where I send my fur baby and was worried about how her experience would be here since she's a shy dog but she had the best time! The groomer said Lilo was super loving and excited the whole time, she didn't make a fuss about her nails, and was even good enough to receive some cute little gems on her forehead! My Lilo smelled so good and her nails were perfectly trimmed! It was $35 plus tip (tip your groomers!) and I even got her a cute little stuffed cow for $7. I've found a new groomer in the valley! Free parking lot though it can be a little tight! If you're looking for a bath and cut they're usually booked out two weeks in advance so call ahead if you want an appointment. I was able to get a next day appointment since I only required a bath for my dog! read more
