As they were checking in my dogs I asked if there was a good steak restaurant around. They all agreed on a place and printed directions for us. (That was extra nice). When we picked up the dogs things were not that great. First of all they tried to charge us for two days instead of one night (we dropped them off around 1pm and picked them up at 8am the next morning). We got that corrected and my dogs were brought out. They seemed fine. I asked how all the dogs were seeing that there was a storm the last night. She said it was crazy when she got in this morning. I know my dogs are afraid of storms so I wondered how the managed it without anybody there. We forgot our dog bed so my husband went back inside to get it (they didn't even say anything about it when they brought out the dogs). Well my guess is that they didn't want to address what happened. It was completely soiled with urine. I guess my dogs did get scared it the storm ... or were not let out enough. They put it in a plastic bag and we were on our way. I don't know if I will ever use them again. I wish that when we picked them up that soiled dog bed was brought up, otherwise it looks like they were trying to hide something.

They sent us videoclips as our dog was being groomed and she looked very calm. We took her back today and for the first time she seemed actually anxious to go in and did not fight to get away. They have the dog grooming tables where you can see them working... not hidden away. They do not cost you and arm and leg, either. They are worth every cent and more We are real pleased with this business.

My dog was there for 4 hours and 25 minutes before she was done I truly believe she was the last dog they groomed that day. When I got her home she was so hungry so thirsty and had to go to the bathroom it was so sad. The only reason I've always kept going back is because they do a spectacular job on her but why do you have a 4 hour limit. We went to High Plains Veterinary Clinic due to my puppy not eating we felt like something was…read morewrong she has been like this for about 3 days, walking, interacting, and overall moving. They did a parvo test, came back positive so they gave her an "antibiotic." When we got her back she had a huge lump by her neck backside, they said it was normal. When we got her back she seemed a little off we thought it was the "antibiotic". 2 hours go by and she was significantly worse, still not eating, not responsive, can't even stand, locked jaw and her eyes started rolling back. We called to see what they can do about this they said they really can't do anything about it except for offering to euthanize her. They were in-comprehensive, money hungry,and only wanting to create opportunity for them to make money. We asked for advice and got nothing. We paid 300$ for medicine she can't even take and the other option was 700$ for a night at the vet and they check on them every 2 hours. My puppy is still sick and unresponsive we are doing our best to keep our Rosie alive these people have no intention to help,all they want is money. Would give negative stars if I could.
