The second time I went, myself and my dog were traumatized. I came home early because of a phone call from them saying my dog isn't eating etc. When I told them I would take him to my vet, her story changed. I called a friend to pick him up first thing the next morning because I had a bad feeling. She said everything was up front and Peanut was in the back with nothing of his. They didn't know what time he was going to be picked up. When I saw his bed, I knew he was a wreck there. He had gnawed a hole in the back of his bed. I felt so bad for my dog. read more

I have mixed feelings about the place. It started out great. They gave me a tour of the place and where my dogs would be staying the night. Everything seemed nice enough. As they were checking in my dogs I asked if there was a good steak restaurant around. They all agreed on a place and printed directions for us. (That was extra nice). When we picked up the dogs things were not that great. First of all they tried to charge us for two days instead of one night (we dropped them off around 1pm and picked them up at 8am the next morning). We got that corrected and my dogs were brought out. They seemed fine. I asked how all the dogs were seeing that there was a storm the last night. She said it was crazy when she got in this morning. I know my dogs are afraid of storms so I wondered how the managed it without anybody there. We forgot our dog bed so my husband went back inside to get it (they didn't even say anything about it when they brought out the dogs). Well my guess is that they didn't want to address what happened. It was completely soiled with urine. I guess my dogs did get scared it the storm ... or were not let out enough. They put it in a plastic bag and we were on our way. I don't know if I will ever use them again. I wish that when we picked them up that soiled dog bed was brought up, otherwise it looks like they were trying to hide something. read more

Doodles have lots of hair in there ears I asked can you do her ears she said yes the hair in her ear was not touched the hair on the under sides for her ears were shaved and razor burned bad said she had Matt's on ears and it had to be done i did agree but had no idea my doodles ears would look this bad we had to go to vet for something to put on the razor burns I'm very upset about it read more

My hubby got rained out, we called around looking to get our cat groomed . Most groomers won't groom cats esp on such a short notice . They worked us in , did a beautiful job ! Our 14 yr old cat was relaxed and looked great! Very reasonably priced also. read more

This is a very dishonest place to take your dog. They cut my dogs ear and told me she had a birth defect. The ear continued to bleed for 48 hours. I called to tell them that the ear was still Bleeding and that I believed that they in fact had stopped her clip once they realized that the ear was cut. They said they would take $15.00 off the next clip. I got my nerve up to go back, and they refused to give me the $15.00 back. They then said that they would credit my card for the full clip. I left the shop thinking it was done. At the end of the month on my credit card per Discover I was charged full price. There are plenty of groomers to select from so,skip this one. read more

Took my Shitzu there today - loved loved loved her cut - very clean, people were very nice! Great place!

Furious! I was quoted $49 when I made the reservation for a one night stay for my two dogs, but was charged $94 at the time of pick up. I was told I was being charged for two full days when I dropped them off at 5:30 the night before (they closed at 6:00 PM) and picked them up at 2:30 the following day. This is absurd and poor business. I will not be returning. read more

I have taken my dog to two other groomers and I love Posh Paws the best! My dog doesn't cry when I come back to get him and my difficult dog (both large) is happy and calm when I pick her up also. These people have pride in their work and take good care of my dog babies. The dogs look and smell great. I would recommend everyone to take their dogs here for grooming. I have not boarded my dogs here but I will on my next trip. read more

I don't have to board my dogs very often but, last week I had no choice. I tried Posh Paws Pet Spa & Resort for the 1st time. I have to say that they were the nicest and most caring people that I have used. Kim and her staff treated my 2 dachshunds as if they were their very own. When I picked them up they were very well cared for and their shop was very clean. If you need a good place to leave your dogs when you are away I highly recommend them. It's good to have a place that you can trust when you need one. read more

Highly dissatisfied. We dropped off our Belgian Malinois this morning for a few days and we asked to see the play yard and the kennels and they refused to show us and stated we could see the pictures of it on their website. I'm sorry, but those pictures could be fake. They took my dog from me and took him to the back when I asked if I could say goodbye to him and they wouldn't let me. I won't EVER bring my dog back here again nor will I recommend it. read more
