Therefore, you can imagine the anxiety, worriment & concerns that just kept running through our heads. We fully love our dogs - they are our furry child. Haby is fully hands on with the pups. She plays with them, cuddles, feeds, naps & so much more. I really could not have asked for a better first time experience! Aside from all that daily updates (multiple ones sometimes) the pictures shared gave us such peace of mind to enjoy our winter trip. Along with a few wonderful video clips! The only downside of this... and it's not totally a bad thing... I now have a somewhat depressed pup because she's not hanging out with her new friends! Mae gave us updates every day on Morgan's physical ability and temperament. She paid attention to every little detail. Unfortunately, Morgan passed away just a few months after hiring Mae. I called and the phone was immediately answered by a very friendly Bill on the other end. First thing, he was very accommodating and helpful in ending my search and scheduled a time to come do our Meet & Greet the same day as I was needing him starting on Friday and it was already Thursday. With no delay he was over for our Meet & Greet asking all the necessary questions and providing me with piece of mind before I even left. I think this is very important and made a great impact with me by asking simple questions such as: Are the pups allowed on the furniture? Do they mingle well with others in the complex? Do they all eat separate? Sometimes things you don't think of especially when in a hurry! This first impression experience was by far the best I have ever went through before, no matter boarding at a facility or having someone come watch my pups at home. All my questions were answered promptly and he was asking the most important ones. Throughout our short weekend vacation I received lots of pictures and PUPdates! It was very reassuring getting pictures of our happy pups while away. Bill and his partner Dan took every bit of care and gave our pups the most love I could of hoped for! These guys are very professional and couldn't have been a bigger help to us. Most of all, our babies did not even miss a beat! They were happy little pups when we returned; the most chipper I have EVER seen them when coming back from a trip! But my pups love Diana SO much, that they have learned her name and when I tell them that "Diana is coming!", they get full of life, jump in circles, and their tails start wagging like crazy!! Diana has become like a Dutch Aunt to my fur-children! It gives me the greatest feeling of comfort that I know they will be well taken care of when I'm gone. Diana always sends me picture updates of them and tells me how they're doing. When I arrive back home, they are as happy and healthy as can be and I can never thank Diana enough!
