I was in urgent need of finding someone to walk my baby girl in the afternoons. I work late hours…read moreso it was becoming a bit stressful having to leave the office to walk her to then return back to work. I did research and found Mel and David who have so far exceeded all my expectations. Not only do they take her for a nice long walk she is also getting some training (for a small additional fee). My baby is happy and I can already see the difference with only 2 walking sessions. I highly recommend them they are extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and caring. They keep you informed and I love receiving pictures and videos of the walks.

I've being a customer of Country Inn for over a year now. I've always been impressed with the…read moreservice and value for money I received from both the animal hospital side and the resort side. My pup comes home absolutely knackered from a day full of fun with his fur buddies. The staff bend over backward to make sure my pup is happy and taken care of. We also have used the private spa service and boarding which allowed us to see our boy via webcam to check in. I've seen both Dr. Kuchar and Dr. Pion as vets and couldn't recommend anyone better. Both of these vets take the time to talk, get to know you and the dog. From supporting me through my former dog going blind and eventually passing away, to now routine check ups with my new pup, both doctors have always impressed me and exceeded my expectations. The vets techs and receptionists as well are friendly, knowledgeable and just straight up love animals. Might be on the pricier side but come to Country Inn as your one stop shop for all things animal hospital or daycare/boarding. You won't regret it

The second time, nothing was further than the truth. it took him almost 10 days to get reacclimated, came back in a depressed state, growled when I touched it or picked him up, I've never seen anything quite liked yet since I owned him for five years. The staff seems friendly enough and the facilities clean. I just don't know what happened with this last time, I'm probably going to look into Rover or a similar service.

I needed an appointment for the vet ASAP for my boy Dexter and Emerald Hills Animal Hospital were…read moreso kind and understanding. I was able to snag an appointment after a cancellation and the woman I was speaking with was so kind. I was able to bring Dexter in, brought all his papers to get him checked out. Everyone was nice to work with, although I do have some critiques. I'm only 25 years old, and I'm not used to taking My pet to the vet and seeing how much the cost is. So when I asked the veterinary technician if they can be as transparent with me as possible I was told that it wouldn't be a problem. I was also able to receive a free vet exam for being a first-time customer. Everyone I spoke with reassured me many times that it was going to be free and I would not have to pay the $89. After Dexter was examined, the only way to conclude what was really wrong with him is if we either did blood work or x-rays. They did give me an estimate and they brought in a sheet of paper with an itemized bill showing me what the cost would be. So my mom and I decided to only do blood work to really make sure he didn't have an infection or anything wrong. She again assured me that the exam was going to be free so our total bill was going to be around $500. I actually came in knowing my budget and $500 was what I expected, so we did the blood work without hesitation. He came back all clean and we were relieved. They prescribed us medications and filled it for us at their in-house Pharmacy and then we were on our way. Then it was time to pay the bill. The only thing they did, which bothered me was they yelled the amount to the entire room and said that it was going to be $569. Immediately, I explained that I would have preferred to have an itemized bill before I've paid with my credit card. She printed one out and handed it to me and immediately I saw that I was being charged for the $89 exam fee. This upset me quite a bit and I explained that she and everyone else in the office told me that we had a free exam. She acted like she didn't know and said "Let me check again with the doctor, and I'll see what I can do." Right away they removed the exam fee and my total went all the way down to $480. This was more my price range and I had no problem paying the bill. I just wanted to bring that up to everyone's attention. Do not forget to ask for an itemized bill before just handing people your credit card. Other than that they are great vet and they are all very kind.
