She was pleasant, explained what she was preparing and why she prepared the food the way she did. She engaged with our guests in a friendly and educational manner and shared ideas for our guests for future events - which our guests were extremely excited about. The quality of the food was great. The presentation was excellent and everything tasted wonderful. Her desserts were the highlight. While I am not typically a fan of red velvet cake, hers spoiled me for future versions. The water was fruit infused which was a nice touch. As mentioned, we'll absolutely be coming back for a cooking class, but probably for another drink, too!
