I have been back and forth with this salon for years. it's close to my house so I really wanted it to work. I paid over $200 for my nails with art everytime and alson a pedicure...the next day the gel peeled off my nails. I was moving out of town so I couldn't go back. The owner Ana said that she would comp me & pretended to feel bad. Again I was a customer for over 2 years as well as my mother: I came back and asked about the discount thinking Ana the owner would have noted it in the computer - she didn't &'also acted like she didn't remember the family who put thousands into her buisness and were loyal to her (especially my mother) for years. Also bad buisness. When I called to ask she said she wouldn't honor it. I said ok... she said "PERFECT AND GOODBYE" then hung up with an attitude. I guess she was mad that I wanted to redeem the money she owed me. I always felt like she wasn't genuine and didn't really care about her clients but this is unacceptable: she didn't even have a desire to meet me half way after I paid all that money and the nails peeled off immediately. Stay clear of this place. the owner doesn't not put clients first, she is rude and the quality of their products aren't up to date. I wish she would have only cared for the mistakes her salon made but instead she turned her back without a willingness to help and she was RUDE. You can go across the street or many other places where they actually care and use high quality products. Ana you definitely need some guidance on customer service because yours for a buisness owner is unacceptable. read more

VERY overpriced. A gel mani&pedi was over $90 with no massage chairs, no treatment, NOTHING SPECIAL. After tips it was a $110 gel mani&pedi. Price is NOT the problem let me be clear. Level of service and quality of the service just does not deserve the prices. Water for pedi was cold, and the girl didn't make any efforts or check temperature. The job is done very mediocrely. The owners are some of the kindest people I've met in the service industry. They really seem to care about their customers and they were very attentive. They took me as soon as I walked in. The pedicure was great and the tech that worked on it was soo intentional about everything she did. They turned out great and I think this is the best my toes have ever looked. For my manicure, I had mismatched types of nails from traveling for work and getting my nails broken then fixed in different cities (one gel-x, 5 acrylic, 4 real nails). They took their time and were very considerate and patient. Overall they came out beautifully. Some of the loveliest, friendliest, and most caring service i've ever had. Anita has a great business and salon and provides sublime services. My gel manicure was the best i've seen and lasted me a whole month without a single chip. I'm a very precise and perfectionist person, so I do like to keep things the way i like them. She filed my nails and nipped my cuticles to perfection and the same goes for my toenails. They offer water and anything you may need. I loved this place since I went there for the first time and I would never change it to any other place to have my pedicure. I was surprised by the delicate decoration, the cleanness, the service, and especially the attention. I think it's the only place (at least for me it is) where they offer you a glass of champagne, a mimosa, an espresso (all this in real glass cups or glasses and served in a beautiful silver tray). Oh man did this place exceed my expectations! I have been getting manis and pedis all over town to try to find "my place" and I found it. First things first, Anita's has parking - tons of it, which is always a huge plus. You walk in and it is just so beautifully clean and fresh. Sylvia is so sweet and immediately greeted me and prepared a cappuccino. The pedi chairs aren't your typical cracked leather massage chairs but really comfortable white arm chairs (no part of me missed the massage). There was lavender put in the foot soak and such great attention to detail. All of the tools came out of a sterilized pouch (thank goodness...I can't tell you how much I need that) and even the foot scrubbers were a one time use. So glad to have found this cute lil nail salon close to home. I made an apt a day prior and was greeted by the staff. The lady who worked on my nails was very nice and she was ready upon arrival. I didn't have to wait at all to be seated. The salon is very nicely decorated , White comfortable chairs and everything looks very clean and organized. All equipment is sterilized and some of them are discarded right after use. The water used for pedicures is infused with sea salt and lavender to create a more relaxed feel and leave your feet feeling nice and soft. Oh! And right away they offer you a complimentary drink , I opted for green tea , it even came with a chocolate biscuit! Overall, my experience here was very relaxing , the staff is nice and courteous, my feet are feeling and looking great and the cost was $27 ;) I will def be paying this salon another visit soon! read more

I got there at 10 am I saw a pic of some nails and wanted that look the nail tech she can do it she consulted other tech as she began my nails I could tell from the start she didn't know what she was doing . All went down hill the other tech were passing us making faces knowing how bad this job was I kept thinking she was gonna fix it but it just got worse. This place was a one and done for me. I came here with my younger sister and we both got gel polish on our nails before school started back and within 3 days the nails chipped and the polish on her middle finger completely came off.
