They think they can charge Kylie Jenner prices. The salon itself wasn't nice. You can find many other salons in Miami that will give you the same designs with a better experience and price. The tech was nice and did a good job until the next day all my nails started chipping. 2 days later and I had to wipe off my mani completely. The customer service is subpar at most. Cute and very clean salon, but I did not have great experience. Also, Covid-19 rules include that the nail techs have to wear their masks OVER the nose, which they did not. My appointment was at 1.30 pm, my tech finished her previous client at 1.45 pm and then informed me that she was now going for a 5 minute break, which ended up being 15 minutes by the time she started my pedicure, which turned out alright. However, my gel manicure was not great. While doing my cuticles she cut me and my finger was bleeding, she said "oh" and continued. I asked if she could please disinfect it with alcohol and she said "later". Eventually after finishing all nails she did spray a little alcohol, but it kept bleeding, so she put some nail glue on it. At the end of the gel manicure, which was only ok work at best, my finger was still bleeding. I asked for some neosporin, to which she said "ah ok". At this point I told the nail tech that this was not a great quality manicure, and that she could have made a little effort when she cut me, to which she answered "I don't care". The owner, who seemed very nice, stepped in, but she immediately Insisted that I did not understand, and that the tech did not mean it like that. But those were her exact words and I understood perfectly well, in English and Spanish - she simply did not care. Update two days later, the gel on one of my nails has already bubbled up and is now peeling :( read more

I really really wanted to like this place, they do an incredible job with design however their customer service needs to be revised. Every time I call no one answers. I ask for a apt for my nails and add my feet they agree. When I get there they can't do my feet because everyone wants to leave (I was 10 min late which I called to inform them). They decide to paint my toes only and send me on my way with it wet. I leave the shoes they give me so it can dry and they all get messed up. I come back the next day to fix them, and they have the audacity to charge me again for a color change when I specifically asked her last night "am I ok to leave with it wet" and she said yes.Brilis does an amazing job and I pay a lot usually for my nails. Unfortunately I have to write this review due to poor response of a situation. I have gotten my nails done twice here, first off, stations are extremely dirty. Products look very cheap and dirty. The actual nail artists are talented but do very mediocre work. They rush so much that last time I was there I guess both of my middle fingers didn't dry correctly so on the same night my nail polish lifted. Mind you I paid $85.00 dollars in total, plus a 15 dollar tip for my nails to chip the same night. I explained to them that there's no way I can drive 40 minutes through out the week, so I wanted a refund. All I got was $10 back from them. Called and made a same-day appointment for dip powder with tips. The salon is on the smaller side, with 4 manicure tables and 3 or 4 pedicure chairs. Cute, with a friendly ambiance and where the music isn't too loud at all! The owner was finishing up another girl when I arrived and when it was my turn she brought me coffee and water in a super cute cup. Onto the nails- we'll see how they last, since for me that's the real kicker but first impressions are that she's realllly good and meticulous and I love the shape of my nails. Paid $90 to have 5/10 toes cut and bleed for absolutely no reason, which you can see the uneven clear layer. I asked for a specific nail design, and considering the simplicity of what I asked for, I thought it would be a piece of cake but couldn't be more disappointed. Paid for a frustrating /horrible time and a painful pedicure along with a fat French manicure. Would not recommend ever. Waste of money and time. read more

There are no price listed on the wall and the was only two people working there I walk in on Wednesday a week before thanksgiving and is was convenient for me. DO NOT COME HERE. I came here to get a pedicure, acrylic full set and nail art. I had a HORRIBLE expierence. The staff was friendly but the lady who did my nails did not do a good job. She clearly did not know what she was doing and was very sloppy. She did not even put a base coat on me and the colors I asked for were not the same as the picture I showed her. I showed her the nail art i wanted before we began and she assured me that she can do it. She did not know how, so i showed her another one i liked and asked her if that one would be easier for her and she said yes. SHE DID NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT ONE EITHER. My amazing nail girl moved to Tampa so I needed to find a new place and wanted someone close to home so I picked this salon. I was very disappointed in the service. I got a gel mani & regular pedi. The girl struggled to do my pedi as she was too tall to be comfortable doing it and her technique and handling of instruments was not good. The pedi was ok but when she got to my nails it went downhill fast. She didn't cut my nails and when I realized that she wasn't going to she tried to file them after soaking them which really caused my nails to end up jagged and torn. Then when I asked her about cleaning the residue of the polish from my nails she said it would come off when I washed my hands. When I got outside in the light and could see my nails it was just an unacceptable job. I made a complaint to the girl who seemed to either be owner or manager and came back the next day and Melinda removed the polish and redid them for me. She did do a good job in the application of the polish. They use some unknown brand of base & top coat I've never hear of and now after 8 days my nails are chipping. Plus during my entire service Deco Drive was filming a segment about how the salon was adapting to COVID 19 sterilization & keeping clients safe. Sorry but I won't return here, I wanted to like this place really bad as it's hard to find a non Asian nail salon that doesn't treat you like an assembly line. read more

I wish there were an option for 0 or negative stars. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. A couple weeks ago I had an appointment. The night before my appointment I went to the hospital and was discharged the day after due to COVID. I got out after my appointment time (I completely forgot I even had an appointment due to the circumstances) and received a call that I missed my appointment. I apologized and explained the situation and hospitalization. The receptionist literally just said, "there's a cancellation fee that you're going to have to pay. Also, can you email me the discharge papers. Bye." LIKE THAT. 0 concern for the client. She had the audacity to say she was going to charge me AND ask for discharge papers?!?!?!? What in the world? Should I have just shown up there with COVID? I really don't understand. Are you guys not aware we are in a pandemic? Anyway, I emailed the discharge papers, which I even think is honestly a violation of privacy, and was never charged. I called my credit card company to make sure because I would have disputed the charge. I understand the policy, but these were extenuating circumstances. This was handled so poorly. I called to see if I could come for a mani/pedi and they reassured me 30min. Then when I got there, it ended up being another 30min. This is important as I told them on the phone before I arrived that I had to leave at a certain time. While I was waiting I asked again if they were sure they could do both. They reassured me, yes no problem. Well they couldn't. Then as she was doing my feet she cut me and when I said I'm bleeding she didn't apologize she said yeah that's because of the nail. No, it's because you cut me. Let's stick to the facts. So not only an apology, but no massage, my feet are still cracking and dry on the bottom, and $30 for a sore toe and a mediocre filing job. I'll never go back there again. You are better off going to one of the chains where at least you get a chair with a shoulder rub. read more

I went here for a few months and i love the nail art, it always came out amazing. But one thing I will say is that it isn't the cleanest. Last time I was there a new girl did my feet, i saw her and another worker use one of the tools on my feet and then hand it off to her to use it on another girls feet. My toe nails are so thin now too, i do gel on my toes and now all my toe nails are breaking in half and way too thin. I hardly ever saw them clean their tools. But the quality of my nails on my hands lasted me a month and the nail art always looked amazing or even better than I anticipated ! I came in for a simple pedicure, but the nail tech rushed the entire process. Just as she was going to start painting them I told her that she needed to remove the excessive amount of cuticle that she left which is rediculous because you would expect someone who does this for a living to know how to clean nails at an expert level. She proceded to DO HER JOB after I mentioned it. Also the didn't cut my nails perfectly straight and did not clip the sides of my nails which usually dig into my skin. I decided to opt out of painting my nails because at this point the exprience was ruined for me. The point of a perdicure is to RELAX while getting your feet pampered. I could not relax from the moment I noticed how bad of a job she was doing which was pretty much right away. I've gotten great pedicures before and I know what that is supposed to feel and look like. I give myself amateaur pedicures all the time and I do a much better job. According to the owner, this is her best technician and she's never recieved a complaint before. If that is the case, either standards are very low amongst their clientele or I was specifically deemed unworthy of proper treatment. They should be greatful I even gave them 20$, because what I should've done was just walk out the door. read more

This Nail Salon does not seem to care that we are currently in the worst Pandemic of our lifetimes. I walked in for my appointment and noticed immediately that my nail tech was not wearing her mask. My appointment was for 5:30pm and my nail tech was finishing another client, she had me waiting for 15 min during these 15 min I was reading about the variant and how bad our current situation still is, I follow them on Instagram and see daily how many clients they attend. All the while not wearing a mask? This, in my opinion is not responsible and bad business practice. My anxiety got the best of me and I decided to leave, I will not be returning. It's a shame because they actually do good nails here but I will not be back. I also don't feel like it should be my responsibility to tell my nail technician to put her mask on, she's obviously doing several clients without a mask on. This is very upsetting. read more
