I tried to call the store multiple times and it went to voicemail every time. I would leave my name and number and never received a call back. When I finally was able to talk to someone, they told me there was a mixup and they gave my dress to someone else and lost it. When it was returned, I was never notified of the fact they lost it. When I finally picked up my dress, the owner was rude and did not apologies. She then proceeded to charge me $50 for the alteration, even after losing my dress and failing to contact me. The final straw was that my friend also sent her dress here for the exact same alteration and she was charged $30.

They're up front about what they can and cannot do when altering your items, their prices are very reasonable, and their turnaround time is relatively quick. For example, earlier this year I brought in a bridesmaid dress that had to be hemmed, and the work was done within a few weeks.
