They made sure to call the day before and confirm everything as well. Leo, our delivery person, was on time for set up and so nice! He was careful about setting everything up and going through all the paperwork and questions. In addition to the huge water slide, he set up a popcorn machine and snow cone machine - which were huge hits with the kids AND adults.
