I really enjoy the special events yoga sessions like the glow in the dark, or with the DJs. Last summer they also hosted yoga in the park with proceeds going to raise money to bring yoga to children in disadvantaged neighborhoods. Two bonuses: getting a work out and helping the community. The park in Pointe Claire is right by the water too.
