We contacted ANJCO Roofing for an emergency roof repair and were ultimately disappointed with the experience. We reached out to the company early in the morning due to a rapidly worsening leak that had begun spreading from the roof down to the second floor. The team arrived at approximately 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, they determined that they did not have a ladder of the appropriate size and decided to stop work for the day. As a result, we felt gutted as we lost nearly 19 critical hours before they returned the following morning, during which time the leak continued to worsen. When they did return, the repair itself was completed within about an hour. This made it particularly frustrating that such a preventable oversight (by bringing the proper equipment) caused a significant delay in addressing an urgent issue. Additionally, there was limited communication or effort to explore alternative solutions at the time, which left us feeling unsupported during a stressful situation. Overall, while the repair was ultimately completed, the handling of what was presented as an emergency did not meet expectations. We selected them because when we contacted them they said they could "come" the same day. Of course they did "come" but they didn't repair the damaged area. If they had been more transparent maybe we could have contacted another company. Given this experience, we would not recommend this company for emergency roof repairs. read more

No job is too small or too big for Hashem! I had three different contractors check my leaking roof; none could find the true cause. All they suggested was replacing the entire garage roof or some sealing that didn't hold. Hashem identified the problem in literally three minutes, i.e. a code-required lining missing in three spots. The first dry day, he was already up there fixing it. I also had him replace my old worn-out gutter guards. Every dollar well spent. If you need a roof repair, call Hashem first.
