TLDR took my laptop to Arbor Computers for webcam issue, they told me it was the motherboard and…read morenot worth fixing, returned my laptop with screen falling off and put together incorrectly. I gave them a chance to fix it, they returned the computer still broken and now with cracks in the casing. Now having the time where I did not need the laptop for a while and scared of further damage, I took it to a different store. Here were some of the damages incurred under Arbor Computers care: -Broken backplate -Broken bottom plate -Missing screws -Screen detached and held in place by super thick double sided tape -Damaged cables The business that fixed the damages said they had never seen anything like it and were baffled how Arbor Computers had cocked up such a simply job so badly. They also fixed the camera Arbor Computers deemed unfixable without a $700 motherboard replacement; the motherboard was not the issue, not even close. Once again, if you value your electronics do not take it here, especially not a gaming laptop. They have no idea what they are doing and have no care for client's property.

HENSON who told me that Dan now email dan@greenefarms.org which I have a few times with no response and so I got the email with the attorney address eventually from dan to mail it to ...strange I think..... I then speak to him by the way his name is Paul and he states I now owe attorneys fees and a 52.oo search fee which is odd being I don't know why you have to search for me when you know where I live... any how... total is 767.32... it is dated July 17 2014 and I have 30 days and I will have a lean after that date if I have any questions please call.... so I call we chat he states States that is probably why they got rid of the last person anyways anyways and we move on and he emails me my bill also the preceding bill today is August 13th I leave my office to go make a payment to him by check for the total of 767.32 which he did not want to receive because he wanted me to pay him because he talk to me on the phone I told him that I was not over my 30 days I had three more days to go so I made it to my 30 days and in his letter if he pulled it out it states that if I had any questions that I could call it in that state that I would be charged to talk to him he then said fine I'll take your check I will not be bothered with this and that I was paid in full this is shameful he should be ashamed of himself !

I didn't want to use Xfinity or AT&T (although Provide.net uses AT&T to provide their service) because I didn't want to be locked in a contract. I am month-to-month. At the beginning of my service, I bought a modem/router for $100 straight from Provide.net. This is great bc I do not pay a rental fee for the modem. I own it and it hasn't outdated in 3 years and I am sure I will get many more years out of it. My service costs me $40 a month. I pay every 3 months at once (this is how they do their billing) but that is fine for me. The service is DSL, but I see no difference between that and fiber/cable, which I have used in the past. Zero difference! So why pay more? I am streaming Netflix on one or two devices at the same time and someone else is probably using the Internet in the house too. The speed is fast. Everyone can do what they need to do. Also, in 3 years, I haven't had bouts of lost connection. The Internet is always working fine. It is 100% reliable. I am thankful for Provide.net because I can walk right into their storefront on Hewitt 10 minutes from my house and talk to a real human if I ever needed, which I don't, but I could. They are also not like corporate Xfinity puppet people, who totally suck! They are real guys who are totally upfront and casual to talk with.
