Horrible! I was suffering with Lyme disease and mold co infection after given a steroid shot without consent and she said I had a bipolar reaction! She sided with that evil doctor and made excuses! She is clueless and incompetent and has no business treating anyone! She laughed during appts as I was suffering badly and treated my memory loss and brain fog like some sort of a joke! She didn't even see patients in office and only by phone and arrogantly thought she could diagnose me without ever examining me or meeting me in person. She also tried to prescribe dangerous psych meds to me NOT knowing what was fully wrong or doing an exam in person. She never even met me in person ever!! Shame on her! She is not trustworthy! Also, she does not refund overpayment of co pays either. Run!! read more

I was a patient of Dr. M for a looong time. I too suffered through the long wait times and the dismissiveness o her staff. The old facility was just that old, but the new location on Sandpiper is much nicer. The staff is horrible and that office manager needs to go, her daughter that handles the accounting is so unprofessional that it ridiculous. All the stories she told over the years of her children this one has lived up to her reputation. Dr M is a GREAT!!! GREAT!! Doctor, but the staff and the billing errors are just a freakin nightmare. She can be a little self-absorbed and tends o talk more than listen but jump in and get her attention. If you can deal with the staff and the log waits and no call backs and constant interruptions when it's YOUR time. Then go for it. I had enough and left a few years ago to find out, that there are a LOT of great doctors. read more

Lazy doctor. Never gets out of her chair. Discusses personal business in front of multiple young employees. Had to literally ask if she could have them leave the room before she continues. Fill of excuses. Texts unnecessarily long conspiracy theories about big pharma. Doesn't answer questions directly, deflects instead. I'd post screenshots but I don't want to violate any laws. It's just a headache. I'll be finding a new PCP. read more

Best Doctor Ever Dr Morrill is a patient's doctor. She takes as much time as needed to address your concerns. She really cares. As a result, you may wait past your appointment time to see her. I recommend making first morning appointment; that way you're first. I cannot say enough good things about Dr Morrill. I have recommended several friends, employees and church family to her. Dr Morrill is a wonderful physician! I felt like I was treated with respect and my thoughts and opinions about my health were taken seriously which is hard to get from any doctor these days because they get so cocky and think they know everything, Dr Morrill is nothing like that even though she IS quite knowledgeable. I see another review on here from 2013 and I just want to verify, IF Dr Morrill did behave in those was she has certainly made some changes, though she does do the elbow bump when you leave, she touched me and shook my hand many times during my exam, her office was also very clean, her stay was friendly and always smiling and she send me for blood work right after my exam. I'm very disappointed with the decline of Dr. Morrils office. I've been a patient for a number of years and this place is really becoming unprofessional. Let me start by saying I never stayed with Ann because I was happy but it was more so like I tolerated her out of mere convenience. I live a very busy life and haven't allowed myself enough time to look for a reputable physician. With regards to Ann's bedside manners, I'm deeply offended by this woman because she never actually touch me during exams other than with her stethoscope. Then she concludes visits with an elbow shake as opposed to hand shake or just simply exiting. She tends to monopolize the few minutes that she spends with you as opposed to really listening and hearing a patient out. A lot of her stories are self esteem related and corny in nature but I try to be polite by listening. When she comes in the office, there are a lot of cell phone interruptions mostly personal calls...she eventually leaves the room and comes back after a unreasonable period of time. The average wait time is about two hours. If you show up late to an appointment, the staff can be very rude yet regardless of what time you show up, it still takes about two hours to be called then another hour of waiting once you get assigned to a room. Most of the times, Ann will send you to her PA and/or medical assistant when you show up expecting to see your physician. She does however have a obsequious relationship with a few socially elite patients. The office is really run down and during the warmer months, you see a lot of knats in the waiting room because she always has food trays in the staff reception area. There was a time she left the food out for patients but it looked like dried out food that needed to be discarded. There was no precautions taken to keep food from spoiling...I based this on having spent an accumulative three plus hours between my wait to be seen an actually being seen. With regards to the staff, there's a few really good assistants but they don't last long...there tends to be a high rotation. Some of the staff is absolutely rude and stuck up. They goof off a lot and walk around acting theatrical trying to bring unnecessary attention to any patient that asks how much longer before they will be seen. The staff can be ostentatious whenever a patient wants to be discreet about critiquing the long wait times. On a personal note, I want to add that I actually fee sorry for one of the staff members. I recall this young lady being a VERY beautiful young lady when she first joined the MA team. It seems in recent visits, she has developed serious acne and possible contact dermatitis. My opinion is based on the unhygienic work environment and all the food trays left out for staff. I could be wrong but I believe this contributes to the change I noticed with this young lady. You would think working in a physician office, there would be awareness about these type of outbreaks and even coaching when you notice such a significant change. In conclusion, I'm very disappointed with myself for settling over the years. I have good health insurance but I just never put the time in to research local doctors. As I get older, I now recognize I should not compromise my health for convenience. I realize now is the time I need to find a good primary care provider. I will also be filing a complaint with the BPQA for the long history of negligence. This is a physician that never touches her patients during exams, always writing prescriptions without proper examination. NEVER or very seldom doing labs. Basically, the patient is just showing up and the rest is absolute disarray! I fell victim to tolerating Ann because I'm looking at the credentials, medical doctor as opposed to recognizing a piece of paper doesn't declare you a well rounded quality physician. It takes compassion, being organized, listening, commitment, sensitivity, letting your patient believe that you're not afreaid to touch them....just to name a few. read more

I've been a patient of Dr Morrill's for a few years now. She had great bedside manner and really cares about her patients. She stays up to date on the latest news in the medical community and is proactive with diagnosising patients. The only downsides are long waits and pricey tests. She tends to prescribe extra tests to be on the safe side, but they will definitely hit your wallet. Also, since she is so popular and the appointments aren't adequately spaced you tend to wait for awhile to be seen. Overall Dr Morrill is a great doctor with flexible hours for the working adult, I will continue to be her patient. read more

The office is dirty, the staff is slow, and not very smart. The wait times are ABSURD. Not minutes, HOURS. If you expect someone to return emails/phone calls, look elsewhere. I've been waiting 3 days for a call to discuss test results from a PET scan. It's unfortunate that she has no respect for her patients time or health. If you're reading this I would read ALL the negative reviews before going to this poor excuse of a "doctor". read more
