Dr. Dang is patient, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure his patients receive the care they need. My parents have several age‑related health concerns, and he has helped stabilize their conditions with consistent monitoring and thoughtful treatment. With his thorough checkups and attentive care, my parents are the healthiest they've been in years. His front office staff is also wonderful. They're professional, efficient, and truly some of the sweetest people you'll meet. I noticed some negative reviews and wanted to address them. The longer wait times happen because Dr. Dang doesn't rush appointments. He listens, he explains, and he gives real guidance. That level of care takes time. When it's your turn, he'll give you the same attention, so patience is part of the experience. As for frequent visits throughout the year, that's simply responsible medical care. Your body changes, medications need adjusting, and regular follow‑ups ensure everything is still working as intended. Some people don't seem to understand that this is how good healthcare works. If I could give more stars, I would. Highly recommend.

My husband went thru a bad health crisis a few years ago and we were in their office and calling them quite a bit and the they were always so helpful, we never felt any frustration from their team. I work in the medical field and appreciate the fact that the doctor requests regular check ups for med refills, it's important to touch bases with your patients. I would recommend Dr. Dang to anyone searching for a caring physician.

He's still an awesome doctor). I have been a patient of Dr. Malouf a little over two years now, after my work insurance changed & then after being laid off while on leave after being injured. Luckily I was able to carry him over and am blessed to still be able to see him. I still thank my aunt who used to be an RN and had worked the same hospital he had been at years ago for referring me to him. I am not a fan of going to the doctors, AT ALL! Especially, after finding out online, after a year, seeing my previous one, that my most recent nd long term doctor was on probation and how he pretty much decided after taking cash for services, that he was no longer going to handle my care, in the middle of it. With zero warning. Even though I was still technically under his care. This is where a good doctor definitely outshines a crappy doctor! Dr. Malouf on the other hand, has been nothing but patient, accessible, kind and friendly, which for me, means the world. Some of us have a very hard time talking about our health and vulnerabilities. While he will take the time to listen, he will also give pretty sound advice and recommendations if needed. He will treat you with respect. His office staff is great. There are times they are overbooked or busy and you might be rushed through or asked to follow up with another appointment for any secondary diagnosis due to work load, but that doesn't mean he will not follow up, nor respond to your calls or messages. He is the first doctor I have ever had that didn't make me wait a week or more for an answer to a question or concern or for important paperwork to be handled. If I needed a form filled out or anything else, he or another doctor in the group he is with at my home location were quick to help out if he were not available to do it himself. I highly recommend him.

When I come to be checked for my overall well-being, she's pretty thorough in asking questions and checking me and any symptoms. She's calm and easy-to-approach. Staff is nice and respectful, too btw. My problem is the waiting time. It's better to come at the time you're told in the text message, not earlier. I was seen by my doctor 30 minutes after the actual appointment time and had to wait for the nurse to come back in the room for my paperwork for 5-10 minutes. This is the longest wait time I've had for an appointment.

Dr. Mok and Dr. Nguyen-Mok cared for three generations of our family, so our relationship goes so far back that visits never felt like doctor visits, it was more like catching up with family. We were happy (for them) to hear about their retirement, but of course we had concerns about whether the next doctor would have the same bedside manner. Anyone who knows Dr. Mok knows he is easy-going, kind, and patient. After meeting Dr. Tung today, I can confidently say that Dr. Tung definitely fills those shoes. He's picking up right where Dr. Mok left off. He really takes the time to listen to your concerns and he's not halfway out the door before you can ask your questions. Your appointment time is truly your time with his undivided attention. The front desk and the medical assistant were also very polite. I almost want to gatekeep this practice, but they deserve the praise!

By 11:31 AM, I still had not even been seen by the doctor for my 11:00 appointment. What is frustrating is that patients are repeatedly reminded to arrive on time and warned that appointments may be cancelled if we are late. I completely understand that medical offices can occasionally run behind, but I believe the same respect for time should go both ways. If the doctor is running more than 30 minutes behind, patients should at least be informed and given an updated expected wait time. We arrange our schedules and arrive on time because the office requires it. I hope the practice improves its scheduling and communication so patients' time is treated with the same consideration.
