As someone coming from China, it's not easy to convince an elderly family member--especially with traditional Chinese thinking--to visit a doctor, but the pain had become too much for him. Dr. Ou Yang was very patient and professional. He performed a thorough initial examination and quickly identified that the pain had spread from the neck to the shoulder area. He then treated my uncle with massage, cupping, and acupuncture. After the first session, my uncle said his pain was relieved by about 70-80%, which was a huge improvement for him. Because of this positive experience, my uncle was willing to return for a second visit--something that truly speaks for itself. We are very grateful to have found this clinic, and I highly recommend Dr. Ou Yang to anyone looking for effective pain relief.

His experience and excellent reputation precedes him. And for me, he is the fourth acupuncturist I have seen over the last many years, in Hawaii and in California. Have had acupuncture as part of treatment after an auto accident. Again after an injury on the job. This time for general maintenance. He is the best! I have found Dr. Ouyang to be truly compassionate to his clients and very intuitive. You don't even have to tell him what is ailing you. Once he does an examination and assessment, he will tell you the things needed to be worked on. Of course, good communication is so important between patient and doctor so, do feel free to tell him your concerns too. Dr.Ouyang is fluent in English and Cantonese. After assessment Dr.Ouyang decided the following things would be beneficial for me: acupressure massage, cupping, and enhanced acupuncture. If you are experiencing pain... see Ouyang. If you were in an accident... see Ouyang. If your job puts you in excessive physical conditions... see Ouyang! For better general health... see Dr. Ouyang. Thank you so much for the excellent care you have provided many of us!

I went to seemingly every kind of doctor, including Stanford Pain Clinic, but still the pain kept coming back and ruined my quality of life. Finally I found Dr. Perry and went to see him. He examined me and we talked for a long time. I was impressed by how much he cared and listened. Dr. Perry gave me some medication that immediately got the pain under control. In subsequent visits, he monitored my progress and suggested various ways to avoid aggravating my condition. After a while, I was able to go on a small dose of a maintenance medication, and live my life generally pain-free. I am so grateful to Dr. Perry for showing me a way out of the terrible pain I used to suffer from every day. From time to time Dr. Perry has seminars about pain control. These are really useful. Also he recommends other therapies that can be used to help heal old injuries and reduce the amount of medication required to get a good result. If you are hurting, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Dr Perry!

From the first visit, Dr. Luu made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. He took the time to listen and understand what was going on, and explained everything clearly so I knew what to expect. His adjustments have made a big difference--my pain has improved a lot and I feel much more mobile than before. It's honestly been a huge relief. On top of that, he's very professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. You don't feel rushed, and he actually cares about helping you get better. Scheduling appointments was also super simple and convenient, which made it even easier to stay consistent with treatment. Overall, I'm really glad I found Infinity Spine Center. While my appointment went well, the standard insurance paper work for a cortisone shot (the most common intervention other than pain meds) was rejected, and no one from the office followed up. There were no follow up notes after my appointment for next steps. My primary seemed very surprised that this routine procedure was denied which makes me suspect that they didn't do the minimal paperwork required. When you call 'the office', you reach someone at the main switchboard who presumably passes on a message which may or may not be returned. In my case, it was not even though I requested that they resubmit the paperwork. Keep in mind that many many people reaching out to a pain management doctor are in excruciating, debilitating pain. When I finally went in, I was barely able to walk and had to lie down during the appointment due to the extreme pain. Currently, I'm repeatedly leaving messages at the switchboard attempting to try to get my cortisone shot months after all medical staff I met with agreed that it was necessary. If you are in an acute, debilitating situation with your pain, I'd recommend you seek someone who runs a more responsive office.

My mother suffered thoracic fractures and had to be rushed to the emergency room twice due to severe spinal and neck pain. Both times, Dr. Bartoli treated her, referred to us by the hospital doctors. During an incredibly stressful period for our family, he was calm, patient, and compassionate. What stood out most was how carefully he listened. He took the time to thoroughly explain my mother's condition, the procedures, and what we could expect in recovery. He never rushed us, and he made sure I understood everything. His bedside manner is exceptional -- kind, reassuring, and professional. I also deeply appreciate that he does not default to prescribing painkillers. Instead, he encourages a holistic approach to recovery and long-term improvement. At our follow-up appointment, he discussed multiple strategies to support my mother's healing beyond just medication, which gave us confidence that he truly cares about sustainable health outcomes. It's rare to find a doctor who combines technical skill, integrity, and genuine compassion the way Dr. Bartoli does. We are incredibly grateful for his care, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking thoughtful and patient-centered treatment.

And generally just wasted my time with unprofessional front desk, experience and lengthy paperwork that I did not receive a copy of. I don't think I would recommend remedy medical group to anyone based on how they treated a new patient. It just wasn't ideal, and I felt dismissed as a patient. I was told the wrong time to be there, acted as patiently as I could, but ultimately, I was unable to receive any meaningful care from their facility. Luckily the doctor squeezed me in for a 10 minute intake, before really making sure that she made it to her next appointment on time. It didn't feel thorough nor did it feel like my issues were actually of concern..... I was referred here to take pain management consultation. Which turned out to be nonexistent, because I was scheduled with the wrong doctor after triple checking with the staff. This was not a good use of my time, but the place was very clean and looked nice from the outside as well as the inside. Great interior lighting. But that's really not what you're looking for in a medical office. The furniture is sort of irrelevant, just like a backdrop to what is actually the purpose of the business. The scheduling staff here needs better training so that patients don't waste their time like I did. 2/5 adding a star just for the furniture.

When we checked in, the front desk staff said they needed to check with the doctor to see if we could still be seen -- which was confusing, since we were on time. I asked if I could start filling out the paperwork while they confirmed, but they refused, saying I had to wait until they spoke with the doctor. By 10:12 AM -- just a few minutes before the scheduled time -- they came back and told me the doctor would not be able to see my parents because "there wasn't enough time." It took them over 10 minutes just to figure this out -- time that could have been used to start the paperwork or check them in. The paperwork itself was very basic -- name, address, Social Security number, and phone number -- something that could easily have been completed while waiting. There was no reason this needed to delay the appointment. The office manager, Allison, was extremely rude and unhelpful. Rather than trying to problem-solve, she kept giving excuses about being short-staffed and missing a doctor, none of which explained the mishandling of our visit. This appointment had already been rescheduled twice due to internal office issues, and now they expected my parents to wait until mid-June -- two more months -- for a new appointment. My father is on blood thinners and needed medical attention. I asked multiple times if they could meet me halfway -- process the paperwork while the doctor began initial testing, as this was a first-time patient visit that would have required labs and assessments rather than a complex evaluation. Still, Allison refused to help and only offered to reschedule for weeks later. A manager's role is to de-escalate situations and find solutions, not to block care for patients, especially elderly ones who are trying to get basic medical attention. This office badly needs better training in both customer service and patient care management. Patients deserve to be treated with basic dignity, not bureaucratic coldness.
