I even get text messages from the store when something is going on in store. Today started as usual and a young, friendly associate helped me start a fitting room. She is not one of the 5 I'll describe in the story below. I went to the counter to check out and there was a woman doing something at the left register who completely avoided eye contact. Another woman was on the phone in the middle having a conversation that my daughter and I thought was ridiculous. A third woman came to the right register, did something for a minute or two and then left. Middle lady gets off the phone as a fourth woman comes up and they start chatting and walk off. I've been there at least 5, probably 7-8 minutes and none of the 4 has even acknowledged me. I turn and catch the eye of a 5th woman who's been behind me and say out loud "am I invisible?" That associate acknowledges that she is also very confused as to why I am just standing there. She actually asks what it is I'm trying to do. Uh, check out? But now I don't want to. But 3 of the 4 things I am buying are for my daughter (who has long since left) so I go through with it. I really don't know if they were just not going to help me. I won't be back.

While I was in the fitting room and asked about the sizing of a dress, the associate went to grab me a smaller size. Unfortunately all the dresses I tried on did not complement me. It was too loose on top and snug in my waistline. I did find a hot pink sweater and white jean jacket that I liked, but will wait to see if it goes on sale during their bi-annual sale. The store is bright, chic, and elegant especially the fitting room. A bit pricy, but a fun place to (window) shop.

Buyer Beware! MD law requires retailers to post their return policy on "the wall, on the…read moremerchandise or the receipt." South Moon Under is breaking this law. They changed the return policy to 14 days. They have new sales associates. I was NOT told about this new policy. Nor any return policy. I was denied a return, tags, and all. There is no customer consideration here and no appreciation for your business. You can get all the same labels in other stores AND be appreciated with accommodating return policies.

I love the way they have outfits all put together including the shoes and purses. Service was great. A salesperson greeted me and asked if there was anything she could do to help. I thought that was very nice. I think that a lot of the clothing is styled for the working women. There were beautiful outfits in a rainbow of lovely colors. The price point was fair for a boutique style clothing store. It was priced like a Nordstrom's equivalent. But, you add the already designed outfits and the excellent service. I would be willing to pay for the convenience and quality. Be sure to check them out.

TJ MAXXs, Marshalls or Ross may have them but it's not as good. They are a little more pricey. But these days. It's hard to find a comfy bra that does not shift or have a bra that pokes you. Same with panties. I love their undies with the thick elastic band that says Calvin Klein. It's durable and doesn't move around. Though I recommend hand washing them so they last longer. I got 3 sets. They have Mostly monochromatic colors. Rarely you'll see bright colors. Very nice associates to help. Today they had 30% off, then another 20% off. Then because I'm a member another 15%. I wish they would do one big bulk discount, it would draw more customers. Clean fitting rooms. That's a plus! Very clean and organized store. Definitely shopping here more.

Had a wonderful experience here…read more This is the Calvin Klein outlet that is at the Clarksburg Premium Outlets in... you guessed it... Clarksburg. I was almost immediately greeted when I entered the store and was asked if I was looking for anything in particular. The store associate showed me a couple of options for what I was looking for, and then when I searching through the stack of pants, another store associate came over and asked if I needed help finding a particular size. I found the size, but not in the color I wanted, and she offered to go into the back and see if she had the color I was looking for. Everyone was super helpful and accomodating. The dressing room attendant even asked how everything worked out and took the items I didn't like in a really nice way. To top it off, I accidentally left something I purchased at another shop in the dressing room by accident, and the dressing room attendant ran out to give it to me. Great service! So I went up to buy some pants and they were like half off what was on the price tag. Maybe I missed the discount sign where the pants were- but it was a VERY welcome surprise when I got to the register. All in all, wouldn't hesitate to shop here again. In fact, I've been once or twice before this particular occasion I'm writing about and found a really cool rain jacket.

They're supposed to be open 10-5 but they always seem to closed on random days. I've talked to some of the other stores in the plaza while I've been down there and it turns out they're having a staffing issue? No wonder the place always has a bad vibe.

Clothing departments: mostly organized and I can find what Im looking for Shoes: its a Sh*t show. Sorry but this is the worst Kohls shoe department, I have ever been too. Shoes are everywhere, on the floor thrown everywhere. Disorganized, Adidas shoes will be mixed with other brands for example. There's rarely anyone working in this department, and the ones that you seen, hide in the stock room, no urgency to help or flat out tell you, something is out of stock without checking the stockroom or their computer etc. Checking out is a burden: lines remind me of the MVA and the cashiers aren't that friendly unless they are trying to pester you in signingup for their store credit card that has a high interest rate.. Unless Im in a hurry, Ill stick to Bowie location. They closed off the entrance near the shoe department, another bummer.

Almost immediately an associate met me at the door, and helped in a friendly, attentive manner. I was looking for professional attire and I appreciated their input - I really wanted to purchase the wonderful, colorful tweed outfit that was suggested, as the clerk took note of my own personal tastes - but opted for a black ensemble instead. Another associate helped with shoes and accessories. The items are pricey, but you can feel good about looking good, and the quality is there. While I visited during the later hours - perhaps closer to closing, not sure of the exact time - the store was quiet and clean; with an associate buzzing about, tending to mannequins and folding clothes. I was thoroughly pleased by my visit, the purchase, and the overall experience.

Russell greeted us as soon as we came into the store and helped us find exactly what we were looking for (a shirt for my son). I also found another great pair of shoes. I'm so glad we decided to stop by here after being disappointed from a very poor experience at Nordstroms.... On a subsequent visit, customer service was not as stellar and we were not helped while looking around (although we were at least greeted at the front). Thank goodness for those at J Crew who still know how to treat customers with some kindness!
