I'm also pretty short so I cannot reach for certain items but the employees didn't ignore me and made note to help assist. The store itself is decently organized. Occasionally it may be messy depending on what time of year it is. The holidays it gets a bit chaotic. Other than that, very positive experience.

I didn't see any one time use (or disposable) products to try the makeup. I wouldn't want to use the same lipstick (or anything else) that everyone was using. There were several employees circulating in the area that could answer questions about any product. There were so many items. I couldn't read the labels but it was interesting seeing all of the inventory. And that was just the makeup section. The household goods area included laundry items, cleaning products, picture hangers, and sponges. There were school products (pens, Hello Kitty markers, notebooks and Snoopy products. It was fun looking at all the items. The haircare products filled two entire aisles. There were many adorable stuffed animals, doll houses, toys and games. The snacks were varied. I was interested in the packaged ice cream cones. They have Matcha tea (whole in a tin and individual packets) and other tea flavors. They only have baskets with handles and no shopping carts. Today, I just tried to make an on-line purchase, using the new Macy's card issued in July of THIS YEAR--less than two months ago. I was unable to complete the transaction AGAIN. After forty minutes on the phone with an off-shore agent, I learned that the new card had been cancelled due to inactivity. Let's see...more than an hour to travel to a brick and mortar store and a messed up on-line system. Nope. I'm done. Apparently even in this economy they don't want my money. Frankly the stores have gone downhill since our local store closed. I will happily give my money to another company.

Both Valencia and her manager were polite and professional and wanted to make sure that I was able to return the sweater. Valencia then assisted in our purchase of a replacement sweater. She displayed first class customer service!
