Only when my husband gave one of the associates a stern look did she finally approach us, asking curtly if we wanted to see something. No greeting or friendly demeanor. Given the year is 2025, it's disappointing to experience such microaggressions. Nordstrom Rack, consider hiring staff who provide better customer service at this location.

The service is very personal here. You get greeted and a sales rep comes to take your feet size on some machine and figure out your shoe size. They also have treadmills here for you to try out the shoes - an interesting touch of try before you buy. The price is worth the service they provide.

I can't say spectacular, as for its thickness in materials, cannot wear it other than a base layer for cold days. This shirt has held up through, as wearing, washings, and drying's it still exists. I used to have one of their winter hats, that looked good, but again didn't stand up to the elements, Can you get deals here? Yes especially after Christmas. They have some nice long sleeve shirts, and also sweatshirts for those in the below 30 crowd. My relatives like them, and so off to here I go. The store can be fairly busy, and entitled customers don't like to put things back where they belong. To the credit of the employees, all are very nice and also efficient at checkout. As for my fashion taste, please take me with the proverbial grain of salt, because I'm bald, grey and older than their target audience. Their products seem to be of decent quality, and I think people with hair instead of glare, would find things they are looking for here.

I didn't realize that I needed the original order information (email, etc.) so I unfortunately had to contact the person who gave me the gift to obtain this information. (Side note, the cell reception is terrible here, making it more difficult to retrieve the info). The staff there were all very friendly and very helpful not only to me but also to the other customers in line that required assistance. They did some paperwork for my bag and provided me with a copy. I received emails showing me updates on my bag (received at warehouse, shipping back to me) and my bag arrived repaired and back home in a short number of weeks. I really appreciate the customer service here! Another side note - I didn't realize that their expensive slide shoes are made of PVC. Pretty disappointing for the name and price.

Almaz offered her expertise in actually trying on/walking in the 3 pair we liked. Ruth had very informative and insightful shoe and industry tips. We enjoyed their input very much. They both enhanced our Ecco store purchase of one updated, stylish pair of tie up leather shoes that can be worn dressy or casual. The time and care we received felt personalized and is greatly appreciated.

Once arrived I was kindly greeted by Almaz who was very pleasant and extremely helpful! We ended up having to try a multitude of different sizes and styles. Almaz urged me to walk around the store with the different shoes and pulled insoles out of pairs to get a better idea of fitting options. The entire time Almaz was amazing help with exceptional customer service, even at the very end of her shift. Needless to say both the Leesburg and Tyson's location had great sales representatives that made the process of finding the right shoes easy and I looking forward to using the pair I purchased!
