For me it is because the selection on the wall does not reflect what is in the stock room. As for the sales associate, when I ask for a different shoe in my size, they always behave as if I asked them to clean a dirty bathroom. I am answered with a huff, saying something like "I can go back and look, but not sure if we have that either," then all off a sudden a new employee comes over like the first one got annoyed and needs a mental break. If you are lucky enough to be able to grab something off the racks/shelves without needing an employee for assistance, good for you. On the weekends seems like they have an additional sale on top of the clearance. I noticed that from looking at other old navy's. The clearances are not organized but it's a good reason to dig for something you may love. Customer service is nice as well. If you are looking for a price, there's a price check machine close to the entrance of the fitting room on the back side not the side closer to the front of store. Also if you find a clearance price cheaper online, you can show that to them.

The clothes are such great quality. However they do not have a lot of 2x clothes which is what I come here for. And sometimes it is hard to get a sales associate. But overall really love this store.
