The clothes are such great quality. However they do not have a lot of 2x clothes which is what I come here for. And sometimes it is hard to get a sales associate. But overall really love this store.

I Like this Old Navy across from UTC Mall. I always have to stop here. Right now they have some…read moregood sales for clearance. On the weekends seems like they have an additional sale on top of the clearance. I noticed that from looking at other old navy's. The clearances are not organized but it's a good reason to dig for something you may love. Customer service is nice as well. If you are looking for a price, there's a price check machine close to the entrance of the fitting room on the back side not the side closer to the front of store. Also if you find a clearance price cheaper online, you can show that to them.

A lot of the clothing is not of a great quality (I guess you get what you pay for) and I'm sad that increasingly most of their clothes have some type of polyester mix to them which is just terrible for you and the environment. But I do love their 100% cotton shirts when you can find them (I use them for working out). Staff are friendly enough not the best and not the worst.

This particular location does not seem to be as well stocked as other locations or perhaps it was just me or that I came in on a Sunday night just as Christmas rush was beginning. The staff was friendly, which I have come to expect from these stores. Ralph Lauren understands that shopping is beyond the simple act of picking up necessities, they strive to make shopping as much about the experience as the items purchased. They didn't fit. I presented them today for exchange or refund. The clerk called for the manager. She eventually arrived clearly upset with whatever inconvenience I may have caused to her day. Without discussion I was given a no and no alternatives. In spite of her brief inspection which involved smelling them and a brief look she was gone. I wish I got the young man's name so I could mention him in my review but he was super helpful and friendly letting me know that everything in the store (including the sales items) were 50% off! He also got me into a fitting room and helped get another pair of black Capri leggings for me to try on. Even though the store was packed with shoppers I truly appreciated him helping me out! So I was able to get a pair of nice black Capri leggings for half off at $25! And my Mom and I were able to get my Dad a cool adidas jacket and sweatpants for half off at like $35! My cousin also stocked up on a black hoodie, a black sweatshirt and tons of t shirts! Plus we were able to use his coupon for an additional 15% off! It was awesome! Happy shopping!
