Appointments are repeatedly cancelled or changed at the last minute with little to no notice, and I've had to chase down basic information every single time. Their staff shows no urgency, accountability, or regard for the significant disruption this causes to patients' lives. I've rearranged work and personal responsibilities repeatedly because of their failures, and the burden is always placed on the patient to fix problems they created. For a major health network, this level of disorganization and disregard is unacceptable.

She's amazing at working her magic with microdermabrasion and laser (light) therapy. She's very experienced, has a great bedside manner, and her staff is nothing short of spectacular. In a nutshell, Dr. Arsenous offers an ample array of cosmetic treatments and packages to help improve and freshen-up your look, such as IPL, Botox, fillers (Radiesse, Sculptra, Juviderm, etc). She also offers fancier procedures like fat transfer to the face and other areas, liposuction, breast augmentation - You name it. We received so much information during our first visit I was compelled to share my experience. Not only that, she happens to offer ALL of these services at her beautiful office/surgicenter which is conveniently located in Glendale, Queens. The receptionist with the long hair past her butt told me that I didn't matter (not in those words) that pt came in that were here for follow ups from surgery and that they come first. Not sure what the point of making an appointment is when they just bypass you. I ended up seeing a different dr then who I wasn't scheduled with. Dr Youssef was very knowledgeable and very apologetic. After I was done, I went to check out and that same girl at reception was very rude. The staff consistently go the extra mile to make sure you're comfortable and well taken care of. Whether it's helping you find your way around, taking extra time to explain your situation, or simply checking in to see how you're doing, everyone is incredibly kind, accommodating, and supportive.
