Manolas was gentle, caring and thorough in both my physical examination and the test he ordered for me at Lenox Hill Hospital.

There's also an urgent care available on the ground floor. The building is many years old but is maintained well. The facility is clean and spacious. There's security guards throughout the facility at your service. The clinicians here provide great quality of care to their patients from my observation. I was here recently to grab a crew neck sweatshirt from the gift shop. The gift shop is a small but it contains all of the essentials that you need while being at a hospital.

Besides my superb top quality medical team of Surgeons and Oncologists, I found the Nurses go above and beyond in their work, providing genuine care with such grace and pure empathy, often tending to patients as if family. Let's take a moment to praise the nurses. This year, 2025 I am a twenty years cancer survivor and visit MSKCC annually for my check up. It's key to stay informed and hopefully catch symptoms as early as possible. Sending prayers for healing and blessings to those who are going through the journey of one of the most difficult of diagnoses. Let us hope and pray they find a cure someday soon. Wishing you and yours a blessed healthy happy Thanksgiving. Thank you

Unfortunately, the care and treatment we received were disappointing and at times even dismissive. Determined to find the very best, we looked beyond Florida, and that is how we found Dr. Jason S. Pruzansky, MD, in New York City. From the first consultation through surgery and follow-up care, Dr. Pruzansky was extraordinary. He is incredibly friendly, patient, and thorough, always taking the time to explain every detail and answer all of our questions. His professionalism and expertise gave us the confidence and peace of mind we had been searching for. Yes, we fly to New York City for every appointment, but the quality of care and the trust we have in Dr. Pruzansky make it absolutely worth it, especially when it comes to your child's health. The entire team, from the front desk to the clinical staff, is warm, welcoming, and helpful. They make the process smooth and supportive. All in all, our experience has been perfect. I can recommend Dr. Jason S. Pruzansky and his team to anyone who wants the very best care!

The doctor came in, touched two fingers, and said I needed an xray. I asked him if I could call the orthopedist and have them sent over. He asked, "How do you think they will get them to me?" in a highly condescending tone. I said they'd probably email them. He insisted that would be low quality, and he'd need them on a CD. I said fine, I'd go get him the CD. He said he wouldn't be able to read them and insisted I get xrays in his office. I told him the other doctor had ruled out all the issues he wanted to see on the xray. When he learned I had spoken to the orthopedist's assistant (who was 100 times more thorough examining my hand and giving me a cortisone shot than he was), he got extremely condescending and implied that she wasn't qualified to rule out everything, and his mocking tone and laugh implied he thought that I was a fool to have let her give me a cortisone shot. (By the way, that shot worked fantastically well.) To add insult - he looked at the xrays he forced me to re-do on his iPad! I felt conned. $300 for duplicate xrays! And they were a complete repeat of what I had 3 days before. As expected, he confirmed everything I already knew from the orthopedist assistant, so I guess she is qualified after all. Then he diagnosed me with a hereditary condition! From an xray! I really wanted an MRI to see the tendons not the bones since, as I told him, the tendons were bothering me, and he said, "I can write you a script, but the diagnosis won't change!" in a tone that implied I was an idiot for requesting an MRI. He said I should come back in a month. I will never step foot in his office again. No doctor should treat a patient with such a lack of respect. Be warned!
