It is what it is. My friend and I were the only ones there on a Saturday afternoon. Owner/worker was welcoming. He didn't crowd us and showed us around to the different areas. Front room is more an introduction. Two more adult fun rooms on the way to the huge lingerie warehouse in the back. Found it helpful to see items in front of me instead of shopping on line. This is an underrated gem, the warehouse is huge! Tons of options and the best selection of tights and stockings I have ever seen in person. Staff is kind, knowledgeable and attentive. I love that they offer coupon cards with certain purchases. This is a wholesale mart so prices aren't on individual items but they have plenty of signs indicating different price categories and great value! Dressing rooms are a major plus, and I love the dead stock lingerie brands! read more

So much selection to choose from. It's a very large warehouse full of everything you could think of. They had anything from Costumes, lingerie, full body suits, shoes, and even a whole room or two full of different sex toys and such. Everything I purchased varied in price, but it all seemed fairly decent priced. Definitely go check it out! Also the only reason for the four store is because the staff, they lady was kind but she didn't really understand me, and there was a lot of men waking around the back I guess doing inventory or something but I was alone in the store and it was a little creepy lol. read more

Lingerie Mart is actually a warehouse for the website: www.lingeriemart.com which is open to the public. I went with high hopes for finding larger sized bras that were both pretty and functional. Unfortunately for me they didn't have what I needed in stock or even carry more than one brand that would have fit my needs...or me. I felt kind of led astray that the majority of the larger bra sizes were just functional bras in 4 colors. White, blush, nude, black. The website boasts of having a large plus sized bra/pantie selection and it does... they're just not very pretty. Now, my whining aside... While they didn't have my size in stock, the friendly staff was VERY knowledgeable about their products. The prices are AMAZING and shipping is a low flat rate and if you're buying in bulk the savings just add up! We all know that finding a well made, quality bra is a job in and of itself and even though they didn't have what I needed in stock at the time the sales lady brought out a catalog with what I needed and helped me with ordering. That's when the 'wholesale' stuff kicked in. [EXCITED!] After a few minutes of walking around we found that they had quite a bit more than just bras and panties, they had stockings and PJs and well... lots of stuff. I placed an order on their retail site (www.planetlingerie.com) for one Ann Chery Deportiva Sport Waist Trainer on 4/22... The site says, if paid in full items can ship in 1-7 business days, unless noted differently. I have not found the note. I gave them ten business days before making contact via phone and email at sales@planetlingerie.com -- needless to say, I got no response -- the phone message says their overwhelmed with calls daily and that your order is being processed and no one responds to emails. With that type of service, I contacted my credit card company and disputed the charge as "non receipt of merchandise" -- my account still shows the order as being processed! Maybe their staff will see this review and cancel my order... I'm no longer interested in your products and my credit card company has already credited my account! read more

In this case, it was MY mistake on a wholesale order, but I didn't realize that & bc I couldn't find a phone #, I went to find contact info on the web, unfortunately, found some unpleasant comments, which led me to initiate a charge-back, prematurely. ..It was what it was- an awkward situation. We have bought from lingeriemart.com for more than a year. They have terrible customer service. We have bought more that 10000 dollars plus of merchandise. Our last purchase was for more than 5000 dollars and they sent only half of the purchase and I have sent the various emails and they dont respond to the emails. I purchased that product over a month ago received half of the order and I emailed them concering the order and as to when they will send out the merchandise or when I am going to receive a refund of the difference that they didnt send me. We are a UK based company selling shape wear & came across lingerie from USA news being the best seller for the product we were looking for. With careful consideration we decided to make a large purchase over $1000. We were not asked for a shipping address when we paid, but was clear on the website the the processing time for our order would be 5-14 business days. The date we made our purchase was Monday 10th March 2014 it is now Friday 4th April which is 20 business days & lingerie mart have yet to ask for the shipping furthermore my business partner & myself have sent several emails which have not been responded to. Lingerie mart are to busy to answer the phones. The service is disgraceful for a long standing business. Have the fraudulently taken more? Why are they not contacting their customers back?
