The intake questionnaires really delve into every part of my history, injuries, trauma, family etc. Once that is all completed along with comprehensive lab work - an in-person appointment occurs. During this hours long appointment with Dr. Liu, I felt the most seen and heard than I ever had as an adult. It was remarkable - I felt like a weight had lifted off of me and I had actionable steps to move forward. Although she recommends supplementation, her goal is to get her patients to the point of regulating itself and no longer relying on them long term.
